Great place if you want to be charged for things that don’t need to be replaced. 27,000 miles on my well cared for truck. FULL WARRANTY purchased. But apparently it needed 4 new tires that wore out LO don’t need to be replaced. 27,000 miles on my well cared for truck. FULL WARRANTY purchased. But apparently it needed 4 new tires that wore out LONG before their time but “aren’t covered “ . It’s saddening to see a company screwing with a great product ! Pre-sale, over the phone, Shannon was extremely courteous and helpful in answering our questions related to our current/expiring lease.
