Tom Hyland was an awesome salesman. He was super nice and patient, qualities that helped in choosing a motor vehicle. quoted a very good price online through email with there internet sales... then there story changed when I got to the dealership. Not a good experiance at Mcgee. Salesperson was sleeping at his desk when we pulled in, he was rude and we actually went back because they had a car we like. I would not go back. These guys were a complete joke. After going in with a printed out price from their OWN WEBSITE of $29,800, their first offer was MSRP of $35,096 -- because the internet price included 'incentives' that I printed out price from their OWN WEBSITE of $29,800, their first offer was MSRP of $35,096 -- because the internet price included 'incentives' that I didn't qualify for. Then they offered me $3,625 BELOW Kelly Blue Book Good Condition for my trade! They tried to play the salesman/manager shuffle with me, claiming that he (Tom the salesguy) was just the messenger. Then they tried literally every dirty trick in the book to get me to agree to an inflated price. 1. Asked me what my current payments are. Those mean nothing for this deal! 2. Asked what my current payoff was on my car. That means nothing for the price of their Toyota! 3. Told me the "Internet Price" was not possible, it included all discounts and incentive. 4. Told me that their Invoice Cost was actually $2,500 above what the internet had for a sale price! So by that logic, if someone qualified for all the incentives, McGee would sell them the car at a loss! A complete bunch of clowns. I'm headed to Tufankjian or Boch if I decide to continue my search for a Highlander. Stay away from McGee, or be prepared to get a complete runaround in terms of numbers. More

McGee gave us a fantasic price on the new car we bought from them. The sales personnel was friendly and helpful and above all knew their product when they were asked questions by the customer.
