McGee Toyota of Hanover

I have been a three vehicle customer of McGee Toyota and had been pleased with all of the services that I had received. Wednesday Oct 27 at 5:30 pm I stopped in to look at a new 4Runner. Mike Ditullio appro had been pleased with all of the services that I had received. Wednesday Oct 27 at 5:30 pm I stopped in to look at a new 4Runner. Mike Ditullio approached me outside and was very friendly. Once inside a manager got involved when I would only give my name and no additional information. I explained that I had purchased three vehicles (two Camrys and one 4Runner) at the dealership and that I was already in their system. All I asked to do was 'look' at a new 4Runner. The manager accused me of being uncooperative for not wanting to give further details for their form and that they needed the info so that I would not 'steal' a car. The manager went to their computers and found me in their system as I had used them extensively for service. He came back and said he found me in the system and then accused me of waisting his salesman's time as I had taken a phone call while Mike was off checking their inventory list. As I looked around there had to be six sales associates sitting with no customers. This used to be a family friendly dealership! Not with this manager calling the shots. I feel bad that Mike is being trained by this abusive personality. More

Tim was great to me, my girlfriends parents recomended me to him. He was very professional and answered all my questions. i purchased a preowned camry, Tim knew alot about the car and explained all the optio to him. We went on a test drive and i fell in love with my new preowned camry. They even let me take it for the afternoon for errands to make sure i liked it. We set up an appointment where I had a chance to go in and take the vehicl particular vehicle on the dealer's website and called to inquire about it.
