Scam artists! refused to honor Auto Tader pricing of 24, 988 for a 2009 Tacoma Double cab. They are a prime example of bait and switch. No matter how many times I showed them the add, and I brought it up on 988 for a 2009 Tacoma Double cab. They are a prime example of bait and switch. No matter how many times I showed them the add, and I brought it up on their computer, they refused to honor the advertised pricing! They actually tried to get $3,111.00 dollars more! Also the vehicle was advertised as Certified but they needed 500 more for that too! So it would have been $3,611.00 more than the advertised price. We left and bought a Used Tacoma from Toyota of Hyannis two weeks later. Would have gone to Tufanjian but they didn't have a used Tacaoma double cab. Checked Auto Trader again and they have the truck advertised now for 26,988.00! STAY AWAY from these people. Research them online and be sure to check two or three different areas. Also check with the BBB and AG's office! More

I have been a three vehicle customer of McGee Toyota and had been pleased with all of the services that I had received. Wednesday Oct 27 at 5:30 pm I stopped in to look at a new 4Runner. Mike Ditullio appro had been pleased with all of the services that I had received. Wednesday Oct 27 at 5:30 pm I stopped in to look at a new 4Runner. Mike Ditullio approached me outside and was very friendly. Once inside a manager got involved when I would only give my name and no additional information. I explained that I had purchased three vehicles (two Camrys and one 4Runner) at the dealership and that I was already in their system. All I asked to do was 'look' at a new 4Runner. The manager accused me of being uncooperative for not wanting to give further details for their form and that they needed the info so that I would not 'steal' a car. The manager went to their computers and found me in their system as I had used them extensively for service. He came back and said he found me in the system and then accused me of waisting his salesman's time as I had taken a phone call while Mike was off checking their inventory list. As I looked around there had to be six sales associates sitting with no customers. This used to be a family friendly dealership! Not with this manager calling the shots. I feel bad that Mike is being trained by this abusive personality. More
