Purchasing a car comes every 5 years or so for us. We have had some good experiences and some bad but this experience exceeded any before. My husband met Joe pretty early in our search. At first we were looking for a Sienna CE and Joe helped us by ordering one. As we were waiting for it to come in, Joe kept us posted. In the meantime, my husband found a great internet price and Joe called us back and invited us to come down and take a look. So about 5 trips later we drove away with a great deal on a higher model with lots of perks which we usually opt out of. Joe put up with my husband's desire for details and exhaustive research. He also accomdoated our crazy schedule by becoming available on short notice. Joe seemed more honest than previous agents we have dealt with, which was quite refresing. Joe's nickname Papa T became a household name during our car search. We could tell that Joe is respected by his peers. Working with Joe was a great lesson for our children in regards to being able to find a salesperson who could assess our needs and help meet them vs someone who is pushing for a bigger deal. We can smell the latter a mile away, but not Joe. More

Although I do not normally rate this high, I did so because of the professional and courteous manner in which we were treated. I am a firm believer that no one is perfect including myself. This is our FIRST time dealing with Toyota and it has been a pleasant one so far. Sam went out of his way to help us answering all our questions and explaining things about the car. We did not buy on our first visit. Instead we continued to shop around and then came back to Sam feeling he was giving us the best deal. He was very gracious and said if we had any questions at anytime now or down the road feel free to ask. I was also very pleased with the service manager on the desk when we came back to get our inspection sticker on 3/21/2011. He also went the extra mile for me. my wife and I feel we will have a long lasting relationship with Toyota and the McGee dealership. More

Again, Joe went above and beyond, at one point staying later then he normally worked to wait for a time that worked for me to pick up my car, explaining the car thoroughly and answering any questions I had prior to taking the car home. My husband I spent hours on line looking for a used car.We found one at McGee Toyota we were interested in looking at. I sent my husband down to take a look and see if we could work something out. While arriving at McGee Toyota my husband was greeted by Rick. Rick and my husband sat down and tried to work out something that would work for us.Finally a deal was made, but I was to return that same evening to look at the car and test drive it to make sure I liked it. When pulling up to Mcgee and looking at the car I noticed the entire back bumper was damaged. After bringing this to Rick's attention he worked with Toyota and said the entire bumper would be fixed when I picked it up. He went above and beyond to keep us happy. Rick was a great guy to work with. After we picked up the car I was very pleased ,I love my new car. That wasn't the end of it Rick called a few days to make. He was thorough and knowlegable and selected the perfect cars for us. He guided us through each step calmly and we felt comfortable the entire time we spent at the dealorship. We were also fortunate to have Jeff as our finanical person; he was great and completely walked us through the process. We felt that everyone we encountered on our visit was friendly. Rick completely followed up with us via telephone to make sure if we had any questions he was available to answer them. We picked our cars up quickly and are very happy with our purchases. We would recommend McGee to anyone. More
