I went in looking for a specific car that I had found on the internet. McGee Toyota is far from my home, but it was the best deal I found, so I made the trip down to see them. I was impressed that the dealer didn't try to steer me to another car or try to add any additional costs on to my bill. I ended up buying the car well below blue book value. I was coming from Vermont to Massachusetts to purchase the car, and since Mass does not have dealer tags (which I didn't know at the time), I couldn't drive away that day with the car. The dealership held the car on the lot until I was ready to come pick it up, and they even made the trip for me to Vermont to get the proper tags on the vehicle for me -- a 2 hour plus drive in each direction. Even though they are not my local dealership by any means, I will look there first when purchasing another vehicle. More

This is the first time I have used this website so I am not sure if this review will get posted or the one I wanted to get posted which I wrote this morning. In any event I feel the need to reiterate how I feel. I was satisfied at first with my purchase, although I went against my own ways and purchased the vehicle the same night I test drove it. After driving the vehicle for a few days I realized the driver's seat had no padding in it and after 10-15 minutes of driving it became really uncomfortable. I called Tim and he said he would take care of it when I came in and picked up my paperwork. This never happened and he downplayed it. I callled a few days later and asked him again if he could look into doing something about this as the cover of the seat was fine it was simply replacing the pad underneath(which I found out was not a huge deal). He said he would talk to his manager and call me back right away. It has been more than a week and he hasn't called back. I found out from a friend who owns a body shop that this is somewhat an easy fix for a dealership. I probably should have said something the night of the purchase but after the test drive it wasn't noticeable. Now my brakes are making noise and after reading the reviews I am a bit nervous moving forward. My feelings have drastically changed in regard to this dealership and would now warn others against going there. More

Ahmed was helpful and pleasant. He found several cars in our price range quickly. All the cars we looked at looked to be in great condition. Ahmed was very efficient, found keys to the cars we wanted to dri our price range quickly. All the cars we looked at looked to be in great condition. My experience at Mcgee Toyota was great. Paul listened to what we were looking for right from the start. When we told him what car we wanted and where we wanted our payments to be at, he worked hard to m to what we were looking for right from the start. Paul was GREAT! He was very friendly and very helpful while I was picking out my car that I love! He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted for the price I could afford! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MCGEE TOYOTA!! After being repeatedly lied to during the buying process by my salesman upon pickup of the car, my salesman told me "to go F*xx myself"! Keep in mind I just bought a $30K car from him 4 days previous. After repeated attempts to contact the general manager to complain of my service, I offered to keep my story quiet in exchange for owners manuals that were not included with the car. The general manager agreed to ship that at no cost. After 6 weeks and 4 emails later from the general manager giving me bogus delivery dates, I still have not received the manuals. On the day of the supposed delivery, I receive a new email from the general manager telling me that he has just shipped them out with a new date a week from the last. This has happened 4 times!! Now he will not respond to emails nor will he will contact me by phone. I have never been been treated so unprofessionally in my life. Not only will I never buy another vehicle from McGee Toyota, I will be delighted to share my experience with anyone who will listen. If you like be lied to and treated with disrespect then McGee Toyota is the place for you. This dealership is an embarrassment to themselves and lack integrity. More
