I had a very good experience at this dealership. My old car was far more expensive than I needed, at this point in my life. So I decided to sell it. This dealership gave me a fair market price for my trade in, and Rick knew pretty much immediately what he had on the lot that would fit my current needs. Paperwork was pretty smooth, and the whole transaction went very quickly. I only need 4 wheels that go at the moment, so I wasn't a big ticket customer. I appreciate not being treated like small time...some dealerships do that, and this one didn't. Autofax for both my old and new car was provided to me without me needing to ask for it (which did NOT happen during my last car buying experience!) Only one thing could have been better. I bought a car that was cheap enough to put entirely on my credit card. Rick had no problem with this, but his sales manager told me that I could not put it all on my card. When asked why, he basically whined that the dealership has to pay a percentage of credit card transactions. That was pretty weak. I've heard of credit cards being declined because of a minimum...but trying to fluff your margin by denying the card? He finally let me put it all on my card, because I was basically going to walk out if I couldn't. What man walks around with a checkbook, anymore? That was no fault of Rick's though. If you need a good used car (or a new Toyota or Scion across the lot), I'd recommend this dealer. Two cars ago, I drove away knowing that I got hosed left, right and center. This time, I drove away feeling like I got a pretty fair deal. More

My husband and I met Paul late last Saturday afternoon after we'd already been out all day visiting other dealerships where we had been less than impressed with the service. Paul was friendly, kind, courteous and down to earth. He didn't beat around the bush and he gave us a reasonable quote on the car we wanted without any hassle. We were able to seal the deal on our car in a matter of less than two hours. Several days later, Paul further impressed us by spending his entire day getting our car checked and registered and delivered the car to our house on the CT/RI border, two hours away from his dealership. It was a pleaure dealing with Paul. Buying a new car is a very stressful experience, and something that I was not looking forward to, but Paul Sirignano made it very easy for us. More
I felt like I was being rushed thru the process and find out that all customer satisfaction went out the window after I bought my car. I agreed to purchase a 2008 Prius 3 weeks ago but there were problems that haven't been addressed and no follow up calls either. -I have been promised that the paint chips would be touched up, , no follow up calls from dealer yet.I was told to bring my car in for service but no one knew anything about the service call when I arrived, no follow up calls from dealer yet. -Interior dimmer switch not working so display functions with touch screen not working, no follow up calls from dealer yet. When I agreed to the sale I was told that I would receive the signed paperwork with a few days, it has been three weeks and still nothing. I was promised a carfax, I was shown something but was not allowed to keep and review later. I just feel that I have been let down with this dealer. I would seriously have to think about doing business with Mcgee in the future as I feel that all of my efforts to have these small problems resolved have been neglected by the dealer. More

Visited Mcgee Toyota with a Toyota online "build your car" report for 2011 Tacoma, a 2011 Consumer Report and edmunds.com report for the same vehicle. I shared this information with the salesman. He deceptively tried (for 2 hours) to sell me a 2010 Tacoma. When he showed me the price (too good to be true from my research), my wife asked: Is this a 2011? He stated that all I asked for was "new" car. Shame on me. Let the buyer beware. More

At first we were looking for a Sienna CE and Joe helped us by ordering one. As we were waiting for it to come in, Joe kept us posted. In the meantime, my husband found a great internet price and Joe called us back and invited us to come down and take a look. So about 5 trips later we drove away with a great deal on a higher model with lots of perks which we usually opt out of. Joe put up with my husband's desire for details and exhaustive research. He also accomdoated our crazy schedule by becoming available on short notice. Joe seemed more honest than previous agents we have dealt with, which was quite refresing. Joe's nickname Papa T became a household name during our car search. We could tell that Joe is respected by his peers. Working with Joe was a great lesson for our children in regards to being able to find a salesperson who could assess our needs and help meet them vs someone who is pushing for a bigger deal. We can smell the latter a mile away, but not Joe. More
