A $400 Documentation FEE! What dealership can justify that? This dealer is unscrupulous with these fees. Went through a negotiation with them and they refused to negotiate on the documentation fee. We even pointed out that their fees were well above their peer dealerships in the area. They would not lower the fee or the vehicle price. The next day I emailed their internet sales team and they replied ;Our doc fee is higher than some dealers and we make it up on price.; Not in my experience! They also tried to bring out a dealer swap vehicle, the old dealer's decal had only been partially scrapped off, you could read the old dealerships name in the glue that had been lazily left behind! The car had over 50 miles on it and the carpets were filthy, but the sales person was still trying to pass it off as new! Seriously?! My advice is to avoid this dealership at all COSTS! If you dare to deal with them, there are two suggestions: 1.)Address their inflated fees prior to agreeing on a deal 2.)Make sure you carefully inspect the vehicle (More than one had damage or excessive mileage) Buyer Beware! Very rude people and they lie. The vehicles that we looked at all had problems and they said they have already went threw the shop and because they where used their was only so much they could do. My experience could have been very good - until we got down to the final details concerning a second key for my car. The salesperson was very good at providing just enough information for me to reach seve down to the final details concerning a second key for my car. The salesperson was very good at providing just enough information for me to reach several wrong conclusions until after I signed the paperwork. In the end I had to purchase a second key for my car, which went from $300 - to 350. He justified the increase by saying, "I told you about $300" I have to take responsibility for not being on guard. I should have dug more. I would have really appreciated a straight forward statement - Mr X - if you want a second key it will cost you $361 dollars more and any touch up paint you need will cost you $6. I would have liked this information before I signed the papers. I would have still bought the car - but my takeaway from this incident is "cheap, not totally honest and what else didn't they tell me" I mentioned in my first review that McGee split the cost of the final hurdle. That was wrong. I never received the money that was promised me by Brian Kelly. So I have to say that you MUST get every little thing in writing up front and DON'T sign any papers until you have all the details locked up. Disappointing, but I learned my lesson. And DO NOT expect to get any gas when you pick it up. More
After being very dissapointed with this dealership from the last car we purchased here; I was very reluctant to go back here again. When I was researching cars online; they did have the best prices in the south shore (for the make and model I was looking for). I called and spoke with Ahmed and made an appointment to come and look at the car. I was pleasantly suprised by Ahmed proffessionalism and demeanor. He did not pressure us at all, and was very knowledgable about the car I was test driving. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had with a dealer. Mcgee Toyota has won back my business. More

My experience with Tim Mayo, after going to 4 other Toyota dealerships and really shopping the "product", was excellent. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in there and Tim was able to point ou Toyota dealerships and really shopping the "product", was excellent. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in there and Tim was able to point out the exact car I had already set my eye on as the perfect option and get the deal done without a lot of hassle or headache. Service records (not just the CarFax) regarding the vehicle I was interested in were made available to me and confirmed no issues with this gently used car which I have now had in my possession for about 2 hours. Tim was polite, professional and easy to deal with. Great job Tim. Finance guy was also a no-hassle, get the job done kind of guy. Overall a great experience with McGee. (As a side note, my mother bought a car from McGee about 7 yrs ago and had an equally good experience.) Keep it up McGee! More

There were several issues with the purchase of our CPO Corolla: 1) The dealer lost the copy of my driver license, so I was forced with a sick 11 month old to seek out a Staples location to fax a copy o Corolla: 1) The dealer lost the copy of my driver license, so I was forced with a sick 11 month old to seek out a Staples location to fax a copy of my drivers license to them so they could complete the DMV paperwork. 2) The car was delivered on empty and according the sales person they only provide a full tank of gas on new car purchases. I was given a $10 coupon for a gas station down the road. That was a cheap trick given they charge $300 for delivery and prep. 3) They failed to process CPO paperwork so the CPO cards were not received until two months after the purchase. Most concerning was that we called Toyota first, and they had no record of the vehicle ever being certified, which McGee should have done previous to listing the car for sale, and 2) when we called the dealership they at first claimed we did not purchase a CPO vehicle. Only after I offered to fax them copies off their website, Auto Trader, the Toyota site did they put the certification through. 4) The sales persons, Tom Hyland, failed to return three follow-up messages after the purchase. My guess is that he is only focused on the sale, not building a customer base. Overall, a very less than impressive experience. More
I was in this dealership for 45min trying to negotiate a price with our salesman. We decided to go to another dealer to see if they could give us the payment we needed and when we told the finance manager price with our salesman. We decided to go to another dealer to see if they could give us the payment we needed and when we told the finance manager this he got upset and said we wasted their time and that "his guy" has kids at home to feed and he can't believe we were walking out and that we wasted two hours of his time. I found the experience to be completely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The way we were treated was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I, absolutely, under no circumstances, would ever reccomend this dealer. More
