The number you suggest I call is my own phone number. I'm left to wonder why you're not calling me. Based on my experience yesterday, I'm certainly not interested in trusting you again w/my car. Please call me if you want to suggest ways to make amends for the abysmal service I received.

I'd add that your Yelp rating, which isn't internally managed as is the one to which you refer, shows you as one of the worst Toyota dealerships in New England. I'm not surprised that you are unaware of the situation, despite it occurring last night and including several of your staff. Add to that the fact that you actually suggest calling your Service Manager at MY phone number. Your note is actually testament to my point. The question is how long a decent product can mask incompetent management. For the hope of car-buyers everywhere, let's hope that's not too long.

I've already received a return call from one of your colleagues, who repeated industry platitudes like an anesthetized monkey, full of disingenuous apology and mock surprise. My heart goes out to you, buddy. I can get my car fixed somewhere else, but you need to spend some of the rest of your life there. I will do what I can to tell the market the truth about your dealership. If the person to whom you refer actually has anything new to share, feel free to have them call. Otherwise, don't.
