My wife and I had been shopping around for a new car for a while. We'd been on various websites, visited several lots and met with many dealers. We knew of McGee Toyota from a recent Internet Ad for Black F a while. We'd been on various websites, visited several lots and met with many dealers. We knew of McGee Toyota from a recent Internet Ad for Black Friday Offers. So, earlier this week while we were driving by their showroom in our old Honda Civic... we decided to pull in, walk around and check out their stock. I was initially happy that the staff allowed us our own space to walk around the lot at our pace without being harassed. This is something that's bothered me in the past and I appreciated that McGee Toyota didn't pounce on us! When we saw a new 2012 RAV4 that we were interested in, we went inside the show room and the receptionist directed us to salesman Joe Tringali. Boy am I happy we got Joe! Joe instantly made my wife and I feel incredibly comfortable. His warm smile, gentle and calming voice and overall sincerity made us instantly trust that we were in good hands. Unlike most salesman we've met, Joe actually treated us like people rather than customers. He never once bullied, pressured, misled or attacked us. Joe was a consummate professional and a gentleman. He also dresses like a real man and isn't pretending to be some big-shot salesman in a suit like some of the other slippery characters we've met! Joe also gave us a lot of information, listened to our needs and did not try to force a car on us that we did not want. Not only that, but he really wanted to help us find the best possible deal and he worked hard to get a price that worked for us. After a short test drive and 3 hours later, my wife and I purchased our new car (and also traded in our 2004 Honda). Joe guided us through every step and discussed every pricing option clearly, so that we were comfortable in all our decisions. A couple of days later we returned to collect our car. As we pulled into the lot and parked next to our new RAV... Joe was smiling at us through the window, - where he clicked the 'auto-start' button and started the engine running right next to us. This was a nice little touch that only added to our excitement. And even though money and titles had passed hands, Joe continued to treat us right. Even though his wife was waiting for him at home (it was after 8pm at this point), he still took his time to sit in the car with us, program our Bluetooth and explain to us how all the new gadgets and gizmos work! If it were not for Joe and all the team at McGee Toyota, I honestly don't think I'd be driving a new car today. I was in no rush to purchase a new car and actually thought I'd wait until after the holidays. However the respect, the customer service and the overall deal I got from Joe and everyone at McGee was too good to pass up! I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. It will probably be the best experience you'll ever have buying a vehicle. I know it was for us! My husband and I traded in our gas guzzler and purchased a new Prius. We live in the Boston area so we have shopped around and test drove the car already. McGee in Hanover was a bit of a hike for us, however a friend told us that she got the best price from McGee so my husband gave McGee a call and spoke to Chris Wicks, the Internet Sales Manager. Chris was very professional and no nonsense…. Over the phone, Chris gave us a trade in price for our gas guzzler and a lower than sticker price for the Prius. Both prices were along the line with other greater Boston dealers. We told Chris that those prices were not good enough for us to make the hike to Hanover so he and Brad Taylor, General Manager worked the numbers some more and came back with a better offer. The new offer was the best out of all the ones we’ve shopped, but we were still concern that McGee hasn’t seen our trade in yet and will recount the offer once we show up with the gas guzzler. So we drove down to Hanover and showed them the gas guzzler fully expecting a lower counter offer. To our surprise, McGee held to the quote they gave us and we finalized the transaction. A big ‘Thank You’ to Chris, Shawn, Brad and other associates that assisted in facilitating this transaction into a smooth, pleasant experience. We picked up our new car on a rainy day and Brad even gave us a credit for a free car detailing. We feel that McGee went above and beyond to assure us a positive customer experience. More

He honored the quote that I got from the internet, and along with Matt Campbell, worked hard to sec questions, and did not pressure me into anything.
