Better than Lexus I've been a Lexus customer for many years and still own an RX350. I've come to expect superior service from the luxury car company. So my expectations I've been a Lexus customer for many years and still own an RX350. I've come to expect superior service from the luxury car company. So my expectations weren't as high when I decided to lease a second car - a Rav4 - from Toyota. Imagine my surprise when I found McGee to provide an even better experience than Lexus. Peter Croke found exactly the car I wanted, helped me close a great deal with his manager (Mike) and had the car registered, tagged, cleaned and ready for me faster than I thought possible. I highly recommend Toyota and the Mcgee team to anyone considering a car lease or purchase. More

The place and their staff is unorganized and unprofessional. At first when I entered No one was at the front desk, then when I asked at the cashier she tried to give me an attitude but after I mentioned I am here to buy a car her attidue changed right away (eye roll). Also one thing I noticed the 3 desk they had for the sales rep they had no business cards, the place seem new but very unorganized And NO customers (I should have taken that as a sign and left before facing the frustration and embaressment these people put me thru) Well, when I mentioned the car I wanted they obviously didn't have the car, and when I showed them the online prices with the everything incl and the color I wanted. Instead of answering the question the sales rep started, how internet prices aren't correct. Mind you it's advertised thru them, placing ads that they have these cars, which in reality when you get there they don't. If I hadn't come here I would have already bought a car, and be back to work. I wish I would have read their REAL reviews on YELP! I wouldn't have wasted my time, energy, and Gas!!! Please do yourself a favor DO-NOT GO HERE!!! More

He worked diligently for me for about 4 hours until I finally walked away with a beautiful "cosmic black" Toyota Camry SE that looks almost new and drives like brand new. I tested 4 vehicles there. Bill proved he was invested in my purchase like no sales rep I've ever known or worked with. After working with Matt Campbell's swift and efficient financing assistance, I knew (better than I expected) that I will be returning here every year to replace or accompany my Camry with the help of their thorough and professional service. In short, I wanted to know that after the purchase, weeks out and months out, I'll have no regret or reconsideration about that day. A couple weeks have passed and I can say now I'm truly thrilled.
