Told them when I signed the credit check to only do 3 inquiries. 1 that they have to do, 1 with capital one and another of their choice if they thought I could get a better rate. They slammed me with 12. Bought an extended warranty for 3000 dollars was misled on that as well, told me it was a full powertrain warranty. It is far from it. Also told I could take it anywhere for repair, but they would like me to bring it to them not true can only take it elsewhere over 40 miles away from Mcgee. I need warranty service on my engine brought it to mcgee, they told me they don't service my vehicle to take it to a ford dealer. The warranty is with portfolio. Do not get this. It is a scam. Mcgee actually pays for warranty repairs not portfolio they only approve or mostly decline claims. My claim was denied because I took the car to the dealer Mcgee told me to, but Mcgee never reported to portfolio that they were subletting the repair to another dealer, even though I spoke to them 3 different times asking them to do so. Wonder why? Maybe because a denied claim saves them money. They purposely did this knowing that the claim would be denied why not, since they would have to have paid for the repair which is 3200.00. If anyone does buy a used vehicle here, do not buy the warranty. More

I'm feeling aggrieved. I had a bad experience with the exchange my Toyota RAV4 2011 for Toyota RAV4 XLE 2016. Once out the car had problems with the rear door and contact th I had a bad experience with the exchange my Toyota RAV4 2011 for Toyota RAV4 XLE 2016. Once out the car had problems with the rear door and contact the seller and he told me that I could will to any service Toyota for repair and so I went looking for the service in the Toyota Wattertown and there they told me that couldn't do the repair and the Mc Gee Toyota would have to be responsible for the repair, then I return the call to the seller and it very unwell told me that I should contact the service and schedule a date, this is a new and so not find available schedule car needed to stay with car defective for two days and when I took the car and made the repair still left the door scratched. But not complained because only found scratched when I got home because I was in a hurry to get back to work. And then the seller also told me that the contract specifying the purchase and the amounts that have been paid would be sent to me by e-mail and to date has already called several times asking the values and the invoice than paid the entrance and not me return and when to return they are making excuses and not send anything. Already reached the value of the bank's funding and what appears are charging me more than was agreed and so I need to be sure of what I paid in exchange and so far I'm not getting to know and I'm feeling really injured. Worked with Jim Stranahan who was very personable and helpful through the whole process. Dave in financing was great too. This is my 3rd Highlander from McGee and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend! More

I told Nick I would give 10,000 dollars and my car for the 2014 Corolla I liked, we agreed +I said I could not afford any more than that- my car was worth 10,000 but would be hard to sell for that much as it was a 209 corolla le with remote start and not a scratch on it. but once in the finance office this guy smelled money and I was a fool not to read all the papers he just shoved on me..so that was on me--but I hope no one ever pulls this on his father now I hope I can speak with Rob McGee as I don't think he would like this as my family lived over that way and bought many cars over the years --I am going over there this Monday and I hope to get a full refund or this is going to be in the news papers... Cancellation of Auto and Extended services!! Such a horrible experience with you guys since I bought Toyota Camry 2009 (used Car). First of all I purchased this car on mid-September 2015 and no Such a horrible experience with you guys since I bought Toyota Camry 2009 (used Car). First of all I purchased this car on mid-September 2015 and no one from the dealership told me the papers for the car is not available. With in couple of days I sold my old car and I was without car for almost two weeks and finally the agent from Toyota told me you can rent a car and toyota will pay until we get the papers for your Toyota Camry 2009. They took almost 45 days to handover the car to me (ridiculous). Then I visited the dealership to cancel my GAP & Extended warranty insurance on end of November and I signed and emailed the cancelation form (GAP & Extended warranty) to JIM QUALTER and since then I emailed him 4 to 5 times no reply, its been over four months. I personally visited twice and never saw JIM (looks he always off), I talked to another guy called MIKE RACICOT and he said JIM has already sent the form to concern department without knowing whether he has really sent or not. I am calling and asking for JIM from couple day but he never answer my phone (goes to his voice mail everytime). I want to ask is there anyone who can help me, this is so frustrating and annoying. I don’t think this is professional. More
