Will lie and tell you anything to get you there then I meet with another floor salesman who said John is not available and his quotes can't be met. This happen to me twice in 2 years so I will never purchase from them. Then the managers says to me don't expect me to honor a quote from John because he only sets up appointments. The whole place is in cahoots to just get you in the door and hammer you into a deal. We got up and left .... such a dishonest place. More

I called couple of times before and checked that car we are interested in is still available. Spoke to Tony. Setup the appointment - exact time on Saturday. We came on time, car was ready. Another person, Bill, started to work with us. Took a picture of our driver licence and took us for drive around. After that we stayed in the car to check everything inside and out to make a decision. Here is bad things started: we turned off car and key and my husband's wallet were together in the car. We were checking trunk and everything and at some moment realized that keys are missing ..... Wow, we could not understand what happened. Looked everywhere, no keys. I went to talk to Bill about it and he (already barely even looking at me) said that HE TOOK keys. And after that he SAID that car WAS JUST SOLD. We were shocked BY all that. VERY VERY BAD customer service. After that we left, without them even talking to us again, offering to look at other car - they had some other as I was told before. What happened, I guess we paid for being nice, since they knew what time/day we were coming, they called some person who looked at the car before, and told him that somebody else here are interested in the car. So person came, saw us and paid that price that he did not want to pay before. That is only one explanation to all that mess. My husband also thinks is is due to our accent, whatever, but I don't want to think that way. Although, who knows :-( ... Anyway. Make that you want from our experience and don't make the same mistake. Go to another dealership if you want to be treated as human. More
Being assaulted Almost got physically assaulted , and literally said no, when we try to get our deposit back. Because we decided not to buy the car after being left w Almost got physically assaulted , and literally said no, when we try to get our deposit back. Because we decided not to buy the car after being left waiting around for 2.5 hours. The guy who I think is the general manger tried to jump off the counter and throw a punch at my husband while saying offensive words. I couldn't believe what happened, we were called all kinds of bad names when we left. I don't think this is how anybody should be treated. We are calling relevant departments for investigation. I hope they will save the video from the security camera. The people who works in this place are rude, aggressive and unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE , you might get beaten if you don't do what they tell you to do. More
Heard about them bait & switching vehicles, and it's true. I was in the market for a certified preowned RAV4 and wanted to find one with under 25k miles. Found one online at McGee that had around 19k miles and I was in the market for a certified preowned RAV4 and wanted to find one with under 25k miles. Found one online at McGee that had around 19k miles and planned to check it out. I had read reviews online that McGee tells customers a vehicle is available, only to then tell them the car had "just sold" and try to get them into another vehicle they weren't originally there for. Well, I should've known better. I called McGee right before I left my house and was told the vehicle was still available. Drove 20 minutes there, told the salesperson which car I came to see, and he looked it up in the system and said "Okay, I'll go pull the car around so you can test drive it." And I thought "oh good, it's still here." ... As I walked out to the car and opened the door, he said "Oh by the way, the car you asked about just sold last night so this is a model year older with 33k miles." I said it was not what I came here for and that they need to handle their inventory better if they're going to tell me 20 minutes ago that the car was still available. I refused to test drive a car I didn't want, so we went back inside. He then pulled up their "inventory" and kept asking if I'd be okay with a lower trim model or one with more miles on it. No. I went there because I saw the model, year, mileage, and trim that I wanted and I wasn't going to sacrifice that just because they didn't have one in stock there. I went elsewhere and found the exact RAV4 I wanted with LESS miles on it for LESS than McGee was offering for the original one I wanted to see anyway. Don't fall for their bait & switch tactics and feel pressured or defeated and end up with a vehicle you don't want. Terrible, terrible sales and customer service. More

As soon as we got there we were greeted with attention and comfort by Valdomiro. On the same day we closed an affprdable deal on a brand new Toyota Rav4 2017. I really recommend this place! I'm sure they can give you what you want and with the attention you need. More
Can't get dealership to stop contacting me about vehicle I bought a used car from the dealership before McGee bought the dealership. That dealership had horrible customer service. Now with McGee in charge it I bought a used car from the dealership before McGee bought the dealership. That dealership had horrible customer service. Now with McGee in charge its not much better. I went to a different dealership and traded in my corolla for a Rav4. McGee is still sending me stuff in the mail, email and phone calls. I told the girl on the phone I sold the car, but she kept calling every so often until I blocked their number. I still get emails from them even though I unsubscribed from their email service. I asked them on Facebook to stop calling me and they told me to call them to get them to stop calling me? Really? Its not that difficult to not call me anymore. And the last time someone called me, I asked them to remove me from the mailing list. But yet they continue to contact me. Maybe if they got rid of the less than stellar employees when they bought the dealership I may have returned but after all of this I would rather drive NY for a car before I ever step foot in their dealership again. All local buyers in the hanover , pembroke, Hello my name is Paul Souza I bought a car 3 days ago and it had some issues it was used car. I wanted theses items to be a fixed, issues where crack Hello my name is Paul Souza I bought a car 3 days ago and it had some issues it was used car. I wanted theses items to be a fixed, issues where cracked bumper molding and scraped fog lamp and scratches on the paint. Toyota cost for parts is $230.00 at there cost if I was to buy them when researched online the parts are OEM and are much less and they are certified to the same quality as a Toyota part at $80.00 for both parts. McGee did take care of the scratches but retracted on fixing the parts. Which is less cost for them to buy and replace. I paid $25,000 for the car on 9/22/16. So when I called the next day because it was night and light inclement weather when I purchased the car I did not see the cracked bumper molding and fog light and the scratches on a black 2013 Toyota Highlander Joe the sales rep did ask his manager Mike Roscco and they were not willing to fix theses small issues because the margin on the car was tight . The only thing that is tight is them opening the wallet back to you and taking pride in there cars they sell that are used and taking pride in the relationship with there customer, I have bought many cars in my life time and most dealers would work with customer to have some relief or resolution on small issues , now I not asking foe a brand new car because well I would of bought a new car. but they could of met me half way and fixed the broken molding , a scratch or ding I can except but don't give me the cost is tight to put money back in on one or two parts which once again at there cost is far cheaper to install and the install time for the part is a minimal two hour install. So if you want to buy a car that is used there with the feeling that once you buy your stuck this is the dealer for you, they wont fix any small cosmetic part repairs because there is no room, and the margin is tight. ( I am writing this because I was polite and willing to work on a resolution on this matter even to call ahead to the GM to express my concern on the car and can we work together on fixing the parts but the answer was No, with that being said told the GM I would be writing review on this matter because I wanted to let Toyota and McGee Toyota know upfront and to there face that a negative review on McGee Toyota would be written instead of been a anonymous person I wanted to include my name and date of purchase. This way when I write you know it was up front with full understanding that what I was going to write , not like there practices on buy now and take it, ( McGee needs to take pride in repairs on there used cars to make them sell of what there asking for.. and need to be upfront that they are not willing to cover and parts once you buy a car that is used.
