Great experience! Went in last weekend to check out the 2016 Highlanders. They didn't have the particular color I wanted but were able to see they had it coming in late Went in last weekend to check out the 2016 Highlanders. Worked with Jim Stranahan who was very personable and helpful through the whole process. Dave in financing was great too. I told Nick I would give 10,000 dollars and my car for the 2014 Corolla I liked, we agreed +I said I could not afford any more than that- my car was worth 10,000 but would be hard to sell for that much as it was a 209 corolla le with remote start and not a scratch on it. but once in the finance office this guy smelled money and I was a fool not to read all the papers he just shoved on me..so that was on me--but I hope no one ever pulls this on his father now I hope I can speak with Rob McGee as I don't think he would like this as my family lived over that way and bought many cars over the years --I am going over there this Monday and I hope to get a full refund or this is going to be in the news papers... My name is Ken Phillips and I know most of you are ok . but why screw an old man?? More
