Awesome!! I love my new RAV4 XLE !! I was originally looking for a Nissan Rogue. My fiance bought a truck a week ago and while we were wrapping up Jon, our sale I love my new RAV4 XLE !! I was originally looking for a Nissan Rogue. My fiance bought a truck a week ago and while we were wrapping up Jon, our sales consultant, suggested I try the RAV4. I always knew that Toyota was a great dependable brand but had not really considered it for myself. I was very impressed with the handling of the RAV4 and was pleasantly surprised by the new style of the vehicle. Right off the bat Jon found one in the color I wanted and with all the features I was looking for. I am a very slow decision maker and took my time to compare the two brands, which in hind sight was a no brainer. I have seen how long Toyotas last and the new styling is very attractive. I took a few days, and a few test drives, to decide and never felt pressured to make a deal. I could tell that Jon really wanted to help me find a car I would love not just sell me a car. He answered all my questions about the features I wanted to know more about. It was such an awesome sales experience! The financing with Matt was a quick an easy process. Special thanks to Jon! I love my new RAV4 and couldn't be happier! More

Bait and Switch Classic bait and switch. Called to check on availability of car, and asked them to call me if they sold it in the mean time. I show up 1.5 hours later Classic bait and switch. Called to check on availability of car, and asked them to call me if they sold it in the mean time. I show up 1.5 hours later, and of course it sold in the last two minutes. They talked me into test driving another car, and when I got back, the car I had originally inquired about mysteriously reappeared and was for sale????? It was a great deal, though, so I said I'd take it. Only problem is that now they required payment on the spot, and would not hold it. Nor would they allow me to pay in full on a credit card. So obviously this was a too good to be true deal, and in fact it was. I walked away, and happened to notice the next day that it was listed for $1000 more. At least they called me back to tell me it sold, but whoever bought it clearly paid more for it. Led me on and wasted several hours of my time. More
