Never Go Here! Walking into the dealership I should of known something was wrong when they would not introduce me to the woman I had been speaking to for a couple of Walking into the dealership I should of known something was wrong when they would not introduce me to the woman I had been speaking to for a couple of weeks. I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked into the dealership. The car they had was not exactly the only I wanted but they assured me they did not have a problem painting certain stuff for free. They even told me that if I got the car they would add a third year to the Toyota Care Warranty which I later found out was already the Warranty term. While negotiating the price they told me the only way they would give me the price I wanted was if I financed through them. I did not want to finance, I wanted to pay cash for the car but after several pleas I agreed. My sales person later came over to me and told me just to finance for 90 days so the bank thinks I am going to keep financing so the dealership could receive a check from them and then I could pay the bank off. I agreed to wait so they could get their check. Before going into the finance off I signed and agreed to a payment. When I went into the finance office he told me I was getting GAP insurance and Tire and Wheel protection for free. I told him I did not want to pay for any extra warranties and he said okay. He asked me to electronically sign something I asked him what I was signing and said I wanted to see what I was signing and he told me it was just the the free insurances I was getting. When I was done I asked for my paperwork he said I would get it when I picked up the car. Before leaving I had to ask for my VIN# so I could tell the insurance company and they told me the car would be ready on Wednesday. My car was not ready until the following Monday and I went to pick it up the same day. When I went to pick up my car I sat with a manager to told about the additional destination fee I was charged. The manager told me that if I had a problem with it so shouldn’t have signed the paperwork and that on their website it said they were going to charge a destination fee. He then went on to say that he was not going to talk about it anymore and that it was nothing he was going to do about it. I then asked for my paperwork and he said that it was going to be mailed to me. When I said that I wanted it before I left he got mad and went and asked someone in finance to print my paperwork. He made sure to let me know he did that as a favor for me. When I went through the paperwork I asked where certain things were and he said I did not get copies of it because it just got me into the finance office. I told him I wanted a copy because I signed it and he told me to come back on Sunday to get it. I was unable to make it Sunday so I called the following Thursday to make an appointment. I left 3 voicemails with three different people including the GM and did not receive any calls back so I went in anyways on Friday. When I went in I asked to speak to the GM but the manager I spoke to before came in the room and told me I would never speak to the GM because the GM only deals with the managers. He went on to let me know that I should be thankful he made time for me and that we was not going to talk about the destination fee anymore. As the meeting went on he became more and more intimadating. I asked him if the first manager I worked with while doing my deal was present and he said no. I told him that the receptionists told me that he was not going to be there that day and that the other manager was working and he told me that I was lying and that I knew his schedule. As I was leaving the building I seen the manager I asked for and he said was not there and asked him why he said it and he told me it did not matter that I had spoke to him and he handled me. I then left. When I looked through my paperwork everything the finance advisor told me I was getting for free I had paid for and they had already added into my payment before I went into the finance office. I also noticed that they forged documents and my signature on days I was not at the dealership. I will never go back to this dealership. They were completely unprofessional and were really professional con artists. More
