No clear chain of communication lead to ball being dropped I had a pleasant purchase experience but when I went back to pick up my car I was passed off to four different employees and when I asked the employee I had a pleasant purchase experience but when I went back to pick up my car I was passed off to four different employees and when I asked the employee that handed me the key to show me how to use the car he had to go find yet another employee to show me the features and functions of the car. I left and as I was pulling into my street I received a phone call letting me know that I was given one key that was for another car and was asked to return the key that was not for my car. Lastly, I was not given ANY paperwork even after refinancing one car, paying off a lease and leasing a Toyota. I am very happy with the car but the sales experience was unacceptable in my opinion. More
