Used Car Sales experience needs improvement I had to make 10 calls to the salesperson, sales manager and administrators to get my back up key. I was supposed to receive it Feb 8 and did not get I had to make 10 calls to the salesperson, sales manager and administrators to get my back up key. When I received it, the key was defective and looked like it was soaked in coffee...sooo frustrating and disappointed. I had to drive an hour to get it replaced. More
