Both McGee Chevy and McGee Toyota no customer service Mike Burden of McGee Toyota is the most ignorant, money hungry employee of any dealership I have ever been to. From lying about the legalities of your Mike Burden of McGee Toyota is the most ignorant, money hungry employee of any dealership I have ever been to. From lying about the legalities of your contract to verbally harassing customers. Not only did he not supply me with a copy of our contract but he insisted on insulting me multiple times. Some employees there were decent and accommodating but when it came down to it, Mike Burden handles the financial aspect of things and that's the selling point. Worst experience. More

You can’t ask for better than that. But, you gave us better than that (and then some!) we had our autistic grandson with us and your staff treated him like an average 12 year old which requires a lot of patience and a good sense of humor. He was passing out little bags of popcorn (which he filled himself!), eating snacks while reading books in the Children’s Corner (he can’t read yet!) and thoroughly enjoyed a ride in “his new car”. There was no high pressure salespeople, thank goodness. Just nice pleasant people who talked with you, not at you, knew what they were talking about but didn’t act like you knew nothing. They were respectful of your opinions but were not afraid to explain why you would benefit from owning a new car. All in all, a very pleasant afternoon when we got a new car that we love. More
