New Rav4 Hybrid I found the Rav4 Hybrid equipped the way I wanted at Toyota,com. The site listed the dealers I wanted to deal with and McGee was my first choice. I I found the Rav4 Hybrid equipped the way I wanted at Toyota,com. The site listed the dealers I wanted to deal with and McGee was my first choice. I wrote the note to Steve Hines, who I had previously dealt with, that we might be able to do business with the listed vehicle. I received an email shortly thereafter. A phone call to setup a meeting and we met and hashed out a fair deal based upon internet research. Steve called when the Rav4 arrived. He would have it ready the following day for pickup. He had everything taken care of from contacting my insurance agent, title, finance and scheduling State inspection, the Registry and the Remote Start installation. Thanks Steve for making it easy and the instruction with the new technology. More

Usually feel welcomed and cared for- this visit seemed rushed when dropping it off- distracted by other jobs and didn’t feel like cared about my car. Asked for it to be ready at 3pm. No call - I called at 4pm and arrived only to have to wait as they hadn’t addressed all my issues yet and didn’t seem to give it much attention.First time that I’ve been disappointed. Will make sure I contact my usual service guy before dropping off from now on. Joe is top notch! More
