They overpriced me on brake pads and rootors by $400.00 I relived estimate on brake job. Quoted $635.00 for front brake pads and rootors. So I went to another Toyota dealer and was quoted $250.00. I know I relived estimate on brake job. Quoted $635.00 for front brake pads and rootors. So I went to another Toyota dealer and was quoted $250.00. I know service department works on comenction, but wow! You guys are a big scam. Shame on you, I won’t be back to McGee. Good bye. More

Service Rep fine - mechanic service terrible. Brought car in for 120000 mile service. Had oil changed and tire light reset, fluid checked and filled. Problem was from spare tire being low. Spare tire cover was not replaced properly blocking my back-up camera. Had to cut opening for camera view. Filters were checked and reported to be in the yellow(moderate). Pulled cabin filter on my own to replace and found it to be moldy. Service charges are generally 3 to 4 times more expensive then other service locations. More

When I walked in I was greeted by Joe. I told him what I was looking for, the price I was willing to pay, and what the previous dealership was going to give me for my car. He could tell that I was over spending hours at a dealership and he got the process started quickly. there was no haggling and I felt very well taken care of. I was in a out of the dealership within 2 hours in my new sequoia. I can't say enough about how easy Joe made this car buying experience. He was so professional, kind, and there was no nonsense involved. He has already called to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Such a great experience and I would highly recommend going to Mcgee Toyota of Hanover and asking for Joe Dinger if you want great, speedy service! More
