Acceptable yet disappointed My service advisor was friendly helpful, and informative, as were the people in the parts department. Had oil changed and radiator flushed. Charging to use their tools as an additional cost of $20, not cool. $100 for parts okay, for the materials ok, but charging $140 for labor is ridiculous. If it weren't winter I would have done it all myself (old school guy). Good service, but you can get the job done at a lot of garages for alot less. More

Not Returning I've been coming to McGee for service on my 2012 Toyota Camry for years. I've always known that having service done at a dealership is more expensive I've been coming to McGee for service on my 2012 Toyota Camry for years. I've always known that having service done at a dealership is more expensive than going elsewhere, but this was the first time that I really felt that I was ripped off/gouged for much more than it should have been. I went in for my 95,000 mile routine maintenance and it cost me over $1500. I'm not an auto expert, so I accepted it at the time, but afterward when I spoke with a few people I know and trust about it and who do know much more about vehicle repair, they felt that it was an outrageous amount of money what had been done. I will not be returning to McGee in the future for service. More
