Although Dottie was very pleasant, I felt that she was too busy to give anyone enough attention. I did NOT like receiving an email and text about what McGee felt I needed to have fixed on my car when it too busy to give anyone enough attention. I don not know much about how cars work and needed a personal explanation for what was being suggested. Dottie arrived after I sent in my response and was very helpful - but too late. She didn't know that I had already responded. The use of computer conversations is not good for relationships. I will probably take my servicing elsewhere. Hire more help so that McGee can take care of it's customers!! More
Dealership had my 2nd choice of vehicle. ..appears that Toyota no longer supplies sufficient new vehicles to allow potential customers to "shop" by hands on comparison. This was my third visit for service at the dealer. Mark has been the service advisor and I find him very helpful and personable. No upsell...just very upfront with what it needs and what has been done in the past. The dealer I bought my 2018 RAV4 Hybrid has been fine but my experience here for service is better despite it being a bit further away. Well worth the trip. I might add that while I waited, I inquired about a new car and was offered a test drive. Sales person was very relaxed and realized I was exploring a future purchase and was completely at ease about it. I like working with people who are more focused on being helpful and friendly. Definitely a great dealership all around. More

I did not once feel pressured. I was able to get an amazing price for the car and color I wanted. if I had to get another car I would purchase it at McGee Hanover. Peter was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He took the time to inform me and show me all the cars features and connect my phone to my new car. I have a deep appreciation for the teamwork at McGee Toyota. I came to McGee Toyota in 2017 after 28 years of successfully leasing Toyota cars at Copeland Toyota, and I leased my 2018 Toyota Corolla. When the lease was up, I had the good fortune of being able to purchase the car at lease end. Fast forward four and a half years, and on 01/23/25, I was rear-ended in a car accident. Traumatic. My 2018 Toyota Corolla, with only 31,000.00 miles, was totaled. I returned to McGee Toyota on 02/28/25, distraught. My relationship with McGee Toyota had grown well over those years, and I felt like I was part of their family. At every service visit or impromptu visit (I had a few of those), I was greeted with professional, attentive care every time. One doesn't always know just how much they're appreciated until they need someone's help. On 02/28/25, I needed the McGee team's help to find me a new car in record time. Faced with very few rental car days left on my car insurance, I was a bit stressed. I experienced so much relief that day knowing I was in good hands. I was in familiar, good hands, and I felt so appreciated as a long-standing McGee customer. It doesn't get better than that!
