John Norton was very informative and patient. He showed me the things I did not know the vehicle even had, a lot of the same features the last dealership did not take the time to do. We have purchased our Toyotas from Ara Kosandin and have sent multiple friends and everyone has been very pleased with the level and quality of service during sale. We had purchased one vehicle at another T sent multiple friends and everyone has been very pleased with the level and quality of service during sale. We had purchased one vehicle at another Toyota Dealership, (Only because Hurlbert did not have the vehicle in stock, should have waited!) their service department did not assist in any way with the vehicle that they delivered. So I brought the vehicle to Hurlbert Toyota Scion they were able to find and repair the problem. The problem has not reoccurred. Steve Mills really went the extra distance to make sure that this problem was resolved. He went well beyond my expectations. More
If you are looking to buy a really good, reliable car and wish to deal with a no-pressure salesperson, go to Hurlbert Toyota in Epping, NH, and ask for Howie Locke. Whether you end up buying a car or not, yo wish to deal with a no-pressure salesperson, go to Hurlbert Toyota in Epping, NH, and ask for Howie Locke. Whether you end up buying a car or not, you will not be pressured. Mr. Locke is exactly the kind of salesperson I value: professional, straight-forward with a true customer service ethic, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to you and what *you* are looking for in a car. Mr. Locke took the time to answer all of my questions about my new car even after I had signed the deal and had the keys in hand. I purchased a great certified pre-owned car for a fantastic deal! I couldn't be happier with my new car! Gene Lock in the financial department also contributed his professional excellence to my extremely positive experience. This is the second car I have bought from Hurlbert Toyota and I will be back to buy my next car there as well. The car I just traded in was the first car I bought at Hurlbert: a 1996 Toyota Camry with nearly 240,000 miles on it! I give Hurlbert Toyota my highest recommendation. Be sure to ask for Howie Locke. You will be very glad you did! More

Background: Last September I bought my third Toyota from Hurlbert Toyota. I also referred my fiancee and daughter-in-law to Hurlbert's where they bought their Camry (fiancee) and Scion (daughter-in-law). Hurlbert Toyota. I also referred my fiancee and daughter-in-law to Hurlbert's where they bought their Camry (fiancee) and Scion (daughter-in-law). I also bought three Nissans form these people when the previously worked at a local Nissan dealer. So "Why"? The why is that Hurlbert Toyota is absolutely the best dealership that I've ever dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. And the four people that I named are the biggest reason that I make this statement (I followed them here). Tom Carlson, who was in sales prior to becoming a service manager at Hurlbert's, sold me the first of the vehicles mentioned above, and it was the first time in my life where I was not pressured but was treated with respect and dignity, not just somebody to make a sale. I believe that much credit goes to Ara, Tom's sales manager, who I imagine established this positive sales environment. I also receive the same outstanding service from Nick, who is now my salesman of choice, so that reinforces my belief in Ara. Part of buying a car or truck is financing and processing the paperwork. Gene has handled all six of my purchases as well as that of my fiancee and daughter-in-law. In every case Gene has found the best financing and put together the best package for us. He is quick, efficient and professional but he's also patient and helpful, especially for somebody like me who hates this part of buying a car. I also need to mention the great deal that I always get form the sales department at Hurlbert Toyota. I know without a doubt that I'm getting the best deal form these people. When I was buying my Tacoma last September I went to another local Toyota dealer out of curiosity and was given a quote a full $3000 more than the no-haggle, right up front quote that I got from Nick. How do you beat that? I was in for my 5000 service yesterday and realize that going to Hurlbert's is an enjoyable experience. The service department is first class and very efficient and always provides quick and professional treatment. But going to Hurlbert Toyota is also like going to a friend's house. I always make it a point to say hi to Ara, Tom, Nick and Gene. If anybody is thinking about buying a new Toyota or Scion or a good, pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Hurlbert Toyota. In fact, go to another dealership first and then go to Hurlbert and you will see what I mean! More

The people are very friendly, non pushy, and go out of their way to be as helpful and concerned for our issues. The facility is comfortable and spotless.
