Just bought a 2017 Subaru Outback from McGee and had an excellent experience! Cassie was able to help answer all of my questions and shared the CarFax and their inspection report making the process of com excellent experience! Cassie was able to help answer all of my questions and shared the CarFax and their inspection report making the process of coming to an agreement a breeze. After a test drive to seal the deal, I was able to drive the car home the same day with a streamlined paperwork process. Cassie was super helpful and even helped me set up my phone Bluetooth connection with the car and showed me many of the car features before I headed home. More
Actually treat the customer like a customer and not a giant dollar sign. They completely screwed me with my loan terms. They used their own company and not my bank which was clearly listed in multiple lo giant dollar sign. They completely screwed me with my loan terms. They used their own company and not my bank which was clearly listed in multiple locations as being a bank they contact for loans. They hit up every bank on that list BUT mine. Never even told me if any of the banks turned them down or not. Never showed me any offers from any but their own toyota motor credit. So when I'm comfortable with my payments in a few months I will refinance. Throw in that they couldnt even be available when I was told specific times they WOULD BE available to have me come in and sign my contract. They didn't give me the title application and I had to go back in the middle of a global pandemic to retrieve it because their only other offer was to MAIL it to me and you get one pissed off customer. Never even got an apology from them. Ridiculous. No out reach or anything when I brought my concerns up with management. It's been almost 3 months now. I will never shop here again and I hope other people have better experiences. More
