We swung by McGee Toyota to catch up with a manager we used to work with while buying from another dealership. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a new car! Tremendous response from internet sales as soon as I began online inquiry. Excellent cooperative environment as soon as I walked in the door. Took the time to listen to my needs and wants. Was fully prepared for entering dealership. No trade in & bank pre approval completed prior to appointment for the purchase of specific car. Had to wait for car to be prepared for test drive. Service advisor was wonderful James. I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation. My tire rotation was never done, I had a plug in my front tire and that tire was still in the sa I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation. My tire rotation was never done, I had a plug in my front tire and that tire was still in the same place, all my tires only had 30 pounds of air which is low. I was going to fill them before I had my appointment, but I figured they would do it for me. I’m still wondering if they really did the oil change. I called and asked for a call back about this. 2 days no call back yet. I will be calling today. I’ve been going here since 2019. I’m probably not going to continue. Very sad you can’t trust people to work on your car. More

Nervous about buying my first car, I could not have been more pleased with both Tony Heydenburg and Dan Rudy. They went above and beyond in patience, courtesy, clarity of communication, attention to detail, and helpfulness. As others have noted, McGee does not engage in the "classic car salesman pressure," which was a great relief. I looked at both new and excellent-condition used options. In the end I decided to keep my car (still in good shape!) for another year or so, but this is where I will go when I finally decide to buy a replacement. More
