Went in for an oil change with a coupon I received in the mail. The service area was crowded so I expected a wait. Two hours later I received a text quoting me 4K worth of work they wanted to do. I went to the service desk to tell them I just came in for an oil change. A mechanic was by the desk and he said they gave me a multi point inspection as a courtesy. My truck is 12 years old, but I did just pay them over 3.5k (to redo my brakes in late December). I asked if it was possible to just get an oil change without looking at all the work an older truck needs and they told me they always do it as a courtesy. So, bottom line: you can’t go here to get an oil change without them trying to sell you a bunch of other “repairs” at well over a premium cost. I was 2.25 hours for an oil change they could have done in half the time if they didn’t make it a policy to look for things the customer didn’t ask them to look for! None of which, by the way, needed immediate work. I bought the truck here and loyally serviced it here for years, but when the ownership changed, the quality, reliability, and trust of this place plummeted! Please avoid. More

Your salesman Charlie Boyle worked hard to make this long distance transaction work, keeping me up to date on where my RAV4 was and when it arrived at the dealership. I had a narrow window to pick up the car and Mr Boyle came in on his day off to set up the online services on my phone and to hand me the key fob for my drive back to Maryland. It was worth the trip.
