I recently had a first-time service appointment and it wasn't until I arrived at the service department that they told me they couldn't take my car today because they wanted a specific technician to look wasn't until I arrived at the service department that they told me they couldn't take my car today because they wanted a specific technician to look over my issue who wasn't in that day but would be in the next day. They rescheduled my appointment to the next day and I waited 45 minutes while my car never left the drop-off area. When I went to the service rep to find out how much longer until they took my car in, they told me they didn't know when it would be looked over because they were down two technicians (this was after they already bumped me from the day before). I understand being busy but to bump my appointment on the first day after I had already arrived to the next day and then not even take the car out of the drop off area and then not even give me a heads up that they were running so far behind is horrible customer service and not only will I never take my existing car there for service - I would now never consider buying a car from them if this is how they run a dealership. More
My elderly parents purchased a Toyota RAV4 XLE from this dealership solely because they were told it had an automatic rear hatch. This was the only reason they upgraded to the XLE instead of a lower-trim mo dealership solely because they were told it had an automatic rear hatch. This was the only reason they upgraded to the XLE instead of a lower-trim model, which would have cost them less. Immediately after purchasing the car, they asked the salesman to show them how the hatch worked. He tried it, realized it didn't open automatically, and said 'uh oh.' We contacted the dealership expecting them to correct their mistake, but the sales manager, Mo, repeatedly dismissed my concerns and refused to take full responsibility. -Mo admitted my parents were misled but said they would have to pay $600 out of pocket if they wanted the issue fixed. -He also said they would only receive help if I took down my review. -When I asked why my elderly parents should have to pay anything for a feature they were falsely promised, he repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and avoided answering by saying I wasn't the one who bought the car. -When I estimated the fix would cost $1,500, he kept asking, 'Why do you say it's $1,500?' instead of offering any actual information. -When I said I would be filing a formal complaint, he immediately accused me of blackmail. -He also tried to guilt-trip me, saying he 'had a family to feed.' This is not how a reputable dealership should handle customer concerns, especially when they've already admitted to misrepresenting a vehicle feature. Instead of making this right, they chose to deflect, interrupt, and misrepresent what actually happened. If you're considering buying from here, be very careful. Get every promised feature in writing and expect no help if there's a problem. More
Went in with hopes of a Grand Highlander XLE and Devon and Steve got us into a Limited within our budget. They worked thru our test drive, negotiations, and finance within about 3-3.5 hours which was awes and Steve got us into a Limited within our budget. They worked thru our test drive, negotiations, and finance within about 3-3.5 hours which was awesome considering we had our 4.5 month old with us. Tim got us thru finance in under 15 minutes too. Their team was extremely honest and open with the process and we always knew exactly where we were at. Multiple times we said it was time to start working on the XLE and they refused to let us leave with anything but the limited. We got an amazing deal on an extremely sought after vehicle when they easily could’ve moved along from us and made a much easier sale to the next guy. We couldn’t recommend McGee enough. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future. 11/10 ⭐️ More
Purchased a 2024 Camry SE AWD cold weather package, convenience package, sunroof loaded in February 2024. Requested confirmation of remote start with key fob before signing on the dotted line. Salesman had to check with management and came back 20 minutes later and demonstrated the fob remote start. Again, the remote start was immediately demonstrated upon request at the initial vehicle pick-up. 8 months into ownership, the key fob remote feature stopped working and scheduled a service visit. The technician had to go all the way to Toyota to determine any response. The final answer from Service is that my "car does not have the right or correct radio for ANY remote start function support for either key fob or Toyota app remote start, they were "UNSURE" of why it worked for 8 months". This is a fully loaded SE with Cold Weather package, sunroof, edge guards etc. WT??? Not the right radio to support remote start?? The car radio does have satellite radio with Sirius XM subscription, can't find any listings of different radio options anywhere. Why did it work for 8 months and then stop if it doesn't have the right radio? Based on the outcome of this service visit, I feel the sales team was less than truthful before the final sale signing on the dotted line and short-changed by Toyota Motors if that explanation is the real reason. Very, very disappointed at this time. More
We swung by McGee Toyota to catch up with a manager we used to work with while buying from another dealership. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a new car! Even though the manager was there, he intr used to work with while buying from another dealership. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a new car! Even though the manager was there, he introduced us to his amazing sales staff member, Armando. Armando was fantastic—he guided us through every step of the process with warmth and friendliness, not to mention his extensive knowledge. Kudos to you, Armando! And a big thank you to Nigel for helping us find a new place to call our dealership! More
Tremendous response from internet sales as soon as I began online inquiry. Excellent cooperative environment as soon as I walked in the door. Took the time to listen to my needs and wants.
