McGee Toyota of Dudley - Service Center

Underlying problem not resolved. I have been satisfied with this dealership in the past and purchased cars there. I believe the problem now is a design issue with Toyota. The dealership doesn't seem interested in having a discussion with Toyota to get to the bottom of it. Their answer is that I should keep taking the car back over and over again for the same problem. Basically a cheaply made and poorly designed plastic component. More
