Punctual friendly service Maintenance service. I accidentally parked on the wrong side of the building but they went and got my car for me anyway. Very pleasant atmosphere. I Maintenance service. Trust While I’m generally satisfied with the work performed, I have 2 complaints. When vehicle had 30,000 miles, I was shown 2 vials of liquid representing While I’m generally satisfied with the work performed, I have 2 complaints. When vehicle had 30,000 miles, I was shown 2 vials of liquid representing new and 30,000 mile 4-wheel drive fluid (probably has a better name). Recommendation was to replace it. I barely use 4-wheel drive, a few times in the winter, and said I wasn’t interested in replacing it. Toyota called me ,and then again I had to be reminded during my next visit. This past visit, I was told I should replace my tires, and that I could get one free during promotion. Seriously, when I asked how much wear my tires were experiencing, they seemed relatively healthy. I don’t want to hear about tires unless they should be replaced, I don’t want to hear about fluid unless it should be replaced. When Service recommends things too early, I begin to be suspicious of any recommendations More

"WHAT?? NO CHARGE??" I went to Toyota to have them check an item on my truck that was under extended warranty. It was not a recall just a precautionary warning. I also asked them to check my emergency brakes as they were sticking. They checked the u-joint under the extended warranty. They lubed it and did an all point inspection. They pulled the drums and measured the brake pads. (Usually a 60.00$ fee). I received a call there was plenty of meat on the brakes, nothing was wrong with the truck. I received the call come pick up my truck. "NO CHARGE!" The brakes probably froze because I got water on them before a cold snap... The truck has 210,000 miles on it I tuned it up once! Bought it at McGee Toyota of Dudley. But the words that echoed through my ears that night as I went to pick up my truck were. "No....Charge...".. More

Above and Beyond I stopped at McGee Toyota without an appointment because a low tire pressure light had come on the dashboard display. While I normally take care of th I stopped at McGee Toyota without an appointment because a low tire pressure light had come on the dashboard display. While I normally take care of these things myself, I had one hand in a cast and was unable to use the equipment to properly inflate my tires. While McGee Toyota is the closest Toyota dealership to my home, it is not the dealership where I leased my car. That fact did not hinder to quick and pleasant service I received at McGee Toyota. Because of my experience in this situation (which McGee Toyota did not charge me for) they have my business from now on. I have no need to drive further in order to get good service. Thanks, McGee Toyota, for giving me a "hand" when I needed it! More
