After a very short talk with the service manager he said they would "take care"of the balance it's "common sense something happened" and if the issue continued to come back and see them. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, the service dept rep infor I went in to service one of my two Toyotas at McGee Toyota of Dudley. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, the service dept rep informed me of a way that I can save myself some money by using my last-remaining covered services. I had not known about this and I really appreciate his openness of sharing this info with me. Other dealerships (I feel) would not inform me of such but rather try to get me to spend more money.
