Thought i left with a V6 and ended up with a 4 cylinder I thought I bought a tacoma V6 but ended up with a 4 cylinder, Shame on me for trusting the conversation I had with the general manager, They claim th I thought I bought a tacoma V6 but ended up with a 4 cylinder, Shame on me for trusting the conversation I had with the general manager, They claim they went over all the details but if this was true when the conversation of a 4 cylinder came up I would have told them they had the wrong car. These types of problems exist at dealerships exist because all they care about is money and will do whatever whether wrong or right to maximize. I would have give them a negative rating but cant cause a business with no integrity is a place I will never do business there again. I will also put feelers out to my fellow military veterans to shop elsewhere. More

Great Experience My wife's RAV4 needed the 95,000 mile oil change and it was done quickly. While there, the Service Manager recommended servicing the rear brakes, and My wife's RAV4 needed the 95,000 mile oil change and it was done quickly. We rarely purchased our cars locally because we have found that local dealers were not very willing to negotiate prices. I went to McGee to test drive a RAV 4 and was welcomed by Francesca. She was very nice and informative about the car. After a test drive, I decided to see if she could give me a a better price than 2 other dealers that I had visited. I was very happy with how quickly we came to an agreeable price after they checked out my trade in. The dealership was so accommodating to my questions and my counter negotiations. Please give this new dealership “McGee Toyota of Dudley, MA” a try! I think that you will be pleasantly surprised as I was. More
