After visiting several dealerships within a 25 mile radius, I thought I would go to a local dealer. I test drove the vehicle I had seen in their add, and decided to purchase it. The next day I visited my bank, had a check made out for the purchase price, contacted my Insurance company, and dropped off the check at McGee. In less than an hour, I received a phone call from McGee saying they could not find the title. Reading some of the other reviews, I noticed others have had the same issue with no title available. The first thing I did was contact my bank, and then my Insurance company. I then went to the dealer to get my $1,000.00 deposit back along with the bank check. The salesperson had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to look at something else. I cannot write what went through my mind when he asked me. Word to the wise, if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, not only ask if there is a title, I would ask to see it. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again. More

We purchased a Toyota Prius Prime LE and were very pleased. We paid exactly what was in online ad and they didn't try to sell us useless extras like an oil change at 5,000 miles (where Users Manual s pleased. Salesman Jeanty did everything he said he would do and was pleasant to deal with. The most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership - no suggestions for improvement. More

I had a 2012 Toyota Camry le that was red for about 7 months with about 20 percent intrest. came back to the dealership last week. Than 3 hours later after talking to my salesman Berson I Drove off the l months with about 20 percent intrest. came back to the dealership last week. Than 3 hours later after talking to my salesman Berson I Drove off the lot with a new 2021 Toyota Camry le grey with about 8 percent interest after trading in the other car that had more intrest on the loan thank you so much Berson for making it happen. It was hard to choose the color but after seeing it in the sunlight it made my day thanks again for your time. More

I put down a $5000 deposit in August on a Tesla Model X with these guys and I ended up finding a better deal on the same car with another dealership so I didn’t go through with McGee Toyota. I’ve been calling them for the past 4 months requesting they refund my deposit and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I leave my number every other day with the staff and no one ever gets back to me. They were so eager to take my money but so unwilling to return my funds to me. They’re attitudes are so rude as well. They act like I’m a bother when I call them about the deposit. Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More

Shady Bait and Switch Tactics; DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER! Do not get involved with these scam artists. Michael Norwood, Client Care Manager, confirmed the availability of a specific VIN for me. Informed Michael I would be traveling more than 1.5 hours to the dealership. Asked if I could put down a deposit to make sure the vehicle would still be there when I arrived. He told me it is against their policy. After several hours of working through the details of the sale, I told Michael I would be leaving my house with the intent to purchase the vehicle. He asked me to give him a call from the road. Called Michael to confirm my departure. He called me back during the drive to tell me someone was currently looking at the vehicle and it appeared as if they were going to buy it. He added several superfluous, fabricated details. I told Michael I would continue driving to the dealership in the off-chance they decided not to purchase. Later received a call from Michael confirming the other party was purchasing the vehicle, which was the only one in stock with the exact specs. Wasted an entire day working on the potential purchase and driving to the dealership and the process left me deflated and disappointed. Of course, Michael was trying to sell me on other similar vehicles in stock. I was not interested. The next day the vehicle VIN was still showing up as available on their website. I asked if anything fell through with the sale and was told the car was gone but their website takes 48 hours to update. FIVE DAYS LATER, the exact same VIN was STILL showing as available on their website. We submitted a new pricing request in my husband’s name. Now the fun begins! Again, Michael Norwood followed up on the price request. He reached out to my husband and confirmed the VIN was available for purchase (bait tactic). This is the same exact vehicle/VIN I was told already sold days earlier. My husband asked how many days this vehicle had been on the lot. Michael said it had been there seven days. However, I was told five days prior someone already bought this exact vehicle/VIN. The same scam unfolded. My husband told Michael he would be driving in from a distance to purchase the vehicle and would be leaving within five minutes. Michael said he would locate the keys and call my husband right back. When Michael called back, my husband was told someone was there looking at that same vehicle and they were likely going to purchase it. That is when Michael started trying to sell him on other colors/options (switch tactic) despite my husband confirming earlier he was only interested in the specific color/trim he had originally inquired about. This dealership is extremely dishonest. I contacted GM Michael Boccanfuso to address my issue/concerns but he refused to call me back or answer my emails. Pathetic! You have been warned. Do not trust this dealer! More
