Well they gave us a number to expect after going over out financing application. Being excited we went ASAP! Snow storm delayed it a day but we made an appointment once roads cleared. My wife went there to start the process since I work 9 to 9 and I’m not sure if they chose to take advantage of her or just changed their mind but they decided to jack up the monthly cost by $200. They were happy to lower it with significant down payment. We agreed to use a trade in to cover the down payment. So I explained to them I would be reviewing the them now based on the new experience at the dealership. They didn’t want to make it work. The way they worded the response is up to you to determine the intent… “ You can do that if you want but then we would have to respond publicly about your credit and financial situation. Not sure if you really want that out there?” Yeah it could be better but certainly not something I should be shamed about or made to feel humiliated. That’s how they keep negative comments from their feedback. It’s unfortunate after such a great start. I’m sure they could have made things work. Maybe it was a female at a shop kinda thing or they know people have taxes back and want to dip in a little more. They kept texting me after I asked them to stop texting me. Ended up having to block their number due to the uncomfortable harassment. I hope this can prepare the next potential customer for the change they may also experience. More
They are xxxxxxxx here. I bought a used truck that was CPO, supposedly thoroughly inspected, etc. It had 2 tires that failed inspection at another location. They were hostile and aggressive when I came back with it 2 days later and claimed I could have just drove in a pothole to cause that kind of wear just to get new tires. They ended up paying half on a set of new tired but ended up ordering cheaper ones than what I told them I wanted. THEN, my transmission died and needed to be replaced. It wasn't too much longer afterward, and I believe there were subtle symptoms already when I got it. Luckily it was still under warranty and I took it to Herb Chambers in Charlton. They seemed much less scummy there. I still love the truck but McGee was my worst experience buying a car in my life. STAY AWAY!!!! More
After visiting several dealerships within a 25 mile radius, I thought I would go to a local dealer. I test drove the vehicle I had seen in their add, and decided to purchase it. The next day I visited my bank, had a check made out for the purchase price, contacted my Insurance company, and dropped off the check at McGee. In less than an hour, I received a phone call from McGee saying they could not find the title. Reading some of the other reviews, I noticed others have had the same issue with no title available. The first thing I did was contact my bank, and then my Insurance company. I then went to the dealer to get my $1,000.00 deposit back along with the bank check. The salesperson had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to look at something else. I cannot write what went through my mind when he asked me. Word to the wise, if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, not only ask if there is a title, I would ask to see it. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again. More

We purchased a Toyota Prius Prime LE and were very pleased. We paid exactly what was in online ad and they didn't try to sell us useless extras like an oil change at 5,000 miles (where Users Manual s pleased. Salesman Jeanty did everything he said he would do and was pleasant to deal with. The most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership - no suggestions for improvement. More

I had a 2012 Toyota Camry le that was red for about 7 months with about 20 percent intrest. came back to the dealership last week. Than 3 hours later after talking to my salesman Berson I Drove off the l months with about 20 percent intrest. came back to the dealership last week. Than 3 hours later after talking to my salesman Berson I Drove off the lot with a new 2021 Toyota Camry le grey with about 8 percent interest after trading in the other car that had more intrest on the loan thank you so much Berson for making it happen. It was hard to choose the color but after seeing it in the sunlight it made my day thanks again for your time. More

I put down a $5000 deposit in August on a Tesla Model X with these guys and I ended up finding a better deal on the same car with another dealership so I didn’t go through with McGee Toyota. I’ve been calling them for the past 4 months requesting they refund my deposit and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I leave my number every other day with the staff and no one ever gets back to me. They were so eager to take my money but so unwilling to return my funds to me. They’re attitudes are so rude as well. They act like I’m a bother when I call them about the deposit. Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More
