Finally agreed with the maneger on terms and payments, but they can't stand behind their word. Will recommend to buy your next car somewhere else, don't waste your time with amateurs. And don't feel bad for them, they are not loosing money on you, they just not making money on you as much as they wanted to. I bought my 2019 Tacoma SR5 4 doors long bed for $33,000 + tax which is $2500+/-. So if you saying, in public, you're selling 2022 Tacoma SR5 4 doors long bed for $33,000 than let see if you can stand behind your words. Which I think you're BS. That is why i recommended every one should buy their next car somewhere else. The bottom line is, if you wanted me to have your truck you would make it happen. But I guess you had a different plans. Had good experience with first car we purchased there, salesman was great. Went to buy second car and that salesman had left. Current salesman was dishonest and rude, requested another salesman and he end salesman was great. Went to buy second car and that salesman had left. Had a nice experience until the finance person pulled shady, unnecessary, nonsense. I clearly stated I didn’t want optional gap insurance and they added it and tried to sneak it thru, when I called them shady, unnecessary, nonsense. Only when they realized I was going to make a scene did they back off. The whole experience until that point was good, I would be leaving a glowing review but instead they decided they needed to make a extra 100 bucks to sell me nonsense insurance, that I clearly stated I didn’t want. No idea if this is a company policy or just a rogue finance person trying to pad a commission but is it really worth it? More
