This past Saturday, my wife and I took her 2023 4Runner in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! As usual, the work was performed flawlessly and promptly! I should also mention that the new facilities are state of the art, but still comfortable and accessible. I look forward to bringing my 4Runner in for service next month! More

For a recent extensive interior repair due to mouse infestation, Brendan was especially sympathetic and very helpful throughout the entire process. His explanations of the damage and options were detailed and clear. Once the work was approved, he worked with the insurance company to see that the job was done in a timely and complete fashion. I recommend McGee's service department to any Toyota owner. More
