I went into Toyota service for an undercoating for my my father’s car. I was shocked to find out that my 2016 Toyota Camry trade in amount was more than I expected. Two salesman passed me without asking m father’s car. I was shocked to find out that my 2016 Toyota Camry trade in amount was more than I expected. Two salesman passed me without asking me if I needed help. I was dressed down that day. Damien Asked me if I needed help. I asked what my trade in would be worth. I told Damien I would consider a vehicle if he could match my current car note including my monthly insurance rate. 2 hours later I left with my monthly budget staying the same. Even when I was dressed down that day Damien treated me with respect. Damien was honest with me and easy to work with. I would recommend Damien if you are looking for honest and no pressure salesman.
