Awful from beginning to end McGee Toyota was the worst car buying experience someone could have. Our sales person was pushy and misleading. First he offered a trade in value, then he told us that the trade in value was the only negotiating he would do for price of the new vehicle. He continuously rescheduled dates to trade in our vehicle. We ordered our vehicle which could take up to 8 weeks, but when the truck was due to be delivered we got a call that the dealerships had no record of what we ordered but still cashed our deposit. At that point we were told we would only be dealing with the general manager, Paul, who apologized for the issues. Finally at closing, Paul was nowhere to be found. We dealt with Becca the finance person who was pleasant but mishandled our paper work resulting in a missing title and payment late fees. I called the dealership several times after to get information about the mistake but both Paul and Becca failed to return my calls after leaving several messages. I would never go here again or recommend this to anyone. There are many other dealerships in the area that know how to operate and communicate with customers. More
