You still have John Aremburg in service and it is great to have a friendly face there, one with whom I have come to know over the years and who calls me by name. That is a big plus in the car game and especially in Service. Ed was really great there, too, and I miss him. He was a great asset in Service. When new people come in they make changes for their bottom line. However, I have just been a customer, what do I know? I have dealt with Toyota dealers in Mid-TN and a number of them here in the Concord and Upper Valley area. My salesperson is Ed Malhoit but at the price of a new truck, I don't know if I can afford one. Speaking to consumers, we generally agree that all manufacturers don't care what we want in a vehicle, but they put what they want and hold us hostage to buying what they present. My ancestors faced that once and there was a Revolution and they ended up at the Battle of Bennington. Fortunately, Toyota makes a great little truck and my 07 Tacoma is doing pretty well so far. I really don't have to purchase a new one so will keep mine as long as I can. I am not hostage to any manufacturer at the tune of $35K for transportation. Just the old Yankee in this old lady coming out. I may be a transplant back to New England but the blood runs deep and true. I've had my car 18 months and every service appointment has demonstrated outstanding customer service by McGee. I would highly recommend them, they are phenomenal! So her & Sully Carter the finance manager there made it happen within 24 hours.!!They were amazing & friendly as well as being quick to accommodate me. Also the mechanics are servicing the car to my standards. I still can't beleive I am an owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla! Fast, Friendly, Simple I had dealt with another Toyota dealership And was given a run around about the financing after 4 days i still had no answer.....Jesse Wright had call I had dealt with another Toyota dealership And was given a run around about the financing after 4 days i still had no answer.....Jesse Wright had called my spare ph a few times but being my spare i really dont check it often it just sits on my desk.....I just happened to check it on Wednesday and got his messages....I decided to take a trip to Mcgee just to see if maybe they could help me better understand what was going on at the other dealership......after meeting with Jesse he really couldn't give me an answer because it was another dealership which I understood. We discussed a few things and I decided we would try to get financing thru Mcgee.....from the appraisal of my trade in until Jesse came to me and showed me the 2020 Corolla I got approved for was probably no more than an hr to hr and a half tops, I could not believe how fast and easy it was at McGee's I only wish I had gone to them first.....if your looking for a fast and friendly experience I 100% would recommend Jesse and the team at McGee's you won't regret it More
