TO MAKE A VERY LONG STORY SHORT: AFTER THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE GETTING THE DEAL OF THE CENTURY, THEY TELL YOU TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR YOUR PAPERWORK BECAU STORY SHORT: AFTER THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE GETTING THE DEAL OF THE CENTURY, THEY TELL YOU TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR YOUR PAPERWORK BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND WILL HAVE THE PAPER WORK READY FOR YOU THE NEXT DAY. THEN WHEN YOU GO BACK THE NEXT DAY THEY TELL YOU THEY PUT IT IN THE MAIL. I bought my car from here a year ago since owning it I have had NOTHING but problems with the car and Mcgee has been utterly useless. The first issue I had was that the car was advertised for $4,000.00 an have had NOTHING but problems with the car and Mcgee has been utterly useless. The first issue I had was that the car was advertised for $4,000.00 and then was told that that was a mistake and it was really selling for $8,000, this being my first car and I being an all too trusting person...well...trusted him. Then more problems one being that there was no horn in the car, I brought it back and they replaced it, a few months after the "fixed" it the horn stopped working and they refused to do anything about it. Then 6 months into owning the car I was told that the transmission was completely blown and needed to be replaced. I brought it to a local GM dealer after contacting Mcgee and being told I could do so. The transmission was to be replaced under warranty and I should have had my car back with in a week or two. BUT the gentlemen at Mcgee wouldn't answer my phone calls or the calls of the warranty company or the calls of the repair facility. It took a month for me to FINALLY get someone from Mcgee to answer my phone call. When I spoke to him I explained that I had been in contact with 1: The repair facility 2: the warranty company and 3: the transmission dealer and NONE of them were able to reach him in order to get the warranty work released to them. He said that he would call that day and release it. I waited another 2 days and contacted the warranty company to find out that no one had heard from him and they were still waiting for the release. I attempted to call again for two days of constant calling until I finally begged my brother to drive me the hour and half down there to talk to this man face to face. I refused to leave until the phone call was made. I waited an hour just to speak to him and then another half hour for him to call. Since then I have found out that the axel of my car was cracked when I bought it causing my rear tire to fly off while I was going 70mph down the highway, the brakes had never been changed, and needed a second transmission replacement. They are scam artists at this dealership, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their customer service is HORRIBLE and their warranty is a nightmare to deal with. More

unlike most of the other reviews I called ahead to make sure the car was there John had told me that he will physically go and make sure and call me back. When he called me back he said that it was there sure the car was there John had told me that he will physically go and make sure and call me back. When he called me back he said that it was there I proceeded to ask him about the price and he told me that the price on the computer is the price I would pay $20,488 I told him that I would be able to come down there either Wed or Thur. tonight when I get home from work I went to show my son the truck I was going to buy for him the price went from $20,488 to $21,488 so I decided to call John back and told him that the price on their website had increased he said let me take a look when he got back to me a few minutes later he said the price was actually $22995 he told me to go on their website again and take a look so I turn my computer back on and go on the price had increased for a second time so when I said do you remember talking to me earlier he admitted talking to me but said that the price this morning was the 22995. After arguing with him for a few minutes and telling him to go on craigslist he told me to print a copy of the price reflecting the $21,488 and he will sell it to me for that price. I would not even bother wasting my time going down there these people shoul be out of business. Their website says under new management I think that is a big crock any one who reads any of these reviews and still goes there is out of your minds More

Horrible!!!!! beware! SCAMMERS! I bought an Altima there, the sales staff, walked by me, i waited in the lobby 20 minutes before anyone came to talk to me, i was 'LURED' in by a 'bait n switch'. Once i got there, i did see a car, and ended up paying way to much money for a USED car...plus as others have stated i was made to pay an extra $4000 for some taxes or nonsense. scammmers all the way, i will NEVER recomend this dealer to anyone ever. HOrrible horrible experience. Salesman outside were smoking, cussing, and NOT helping me, when i asked one a question, the man just shrugged and walked off! Disrespectful..just a terrible horrible place. After 4 days of nonstop paperwork, (which they did not help me with at all..) i drove off the lot to relise the car was EMPTY! Had to call a tow truck to fill up the car on the highway...DO NOT go to McGee!!!!! More

As we arrived on the lot to have a look around we were greeted by Paul who offered to help us out finding a car that we liked. Paul drove a tough bargain, but we eventually got close to the price that we wanted. Dealing with Paul was very relaxed and friendly and he made sure to find out anything we were wondering about regarding the car. In the end we drove away happy as we had no regrets and knew all our options thanks to Paul. More

Completely dissatisfied with my experience at this dealership. On the website, the vehicle I was interested in was listed at a reasonable price and in the comments for this vehicle it stated "the pri dealership. I was asked to sign paperwork for sale with no information filled in. I refused and when the sale price was listed on paperwork it was $4000 more than advertised price. I was then told that the price on website was dealer cost. Also, the amount they stated they were giving me for trade was listed incorrectly as well. They listed it under the category of special discount. Unfortunately, I purchased this vehicle. I was never given the used car warranty. The reason I believe they do this is because if I was to return this vehicle due to breach of Massachusetts warranty laws, this dealership could get away with giving me less back then I gave them. The shadiest dealership I have ever come across. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place. More

BEWARE THEY PLAY THE BAIT AND SWITCH GAME!!!!!! I drove 2 hours to there site in the snow storm of 12/20/2010 becauyse they insisted that they would not take a deposit over the phone and that I had to come in to put a deposit on a car that they did not even have. Nick the internet manager even call me to make sure I was on my way and told me the car was being warmed up out front for me! Make sure you get in here right away as other peop[le are on there way to see the car that night also! He insisted that I come in on one of the worst snow storms of the year or I was going to loose the car!!! More
