I had been doing a lot of research on my dream car, and though I wasn't planning on buying just yet, the price quotes Joshua gave me convinced me to finally make the purchase. As soon as my wife and I though I wasn't planning on buying just yet, the price quotes Joshua gave me convinced me to finally make the purchase. As soon as my wife and I got to the dealership Chris promptly took us for a couple of test drives without us having to ask. Since they didn't have a vehicle with both the tech package and drive options we liked, we drove two cars: a front wheel drive, and an all wheel drive equipped with the technology we were looking for. We only spent a couple of hours at the dealership, which we appreciated. The sales team was very helpful and not at all pushy, and respected our buying decisions. When we came in to pick up our new car, we mentioned that the one we were driving was due for an oil change. Josh offered to get us an oil change on the spot - without an appointment - even driving our old car in to get serviced while we reviewed the new car's specs. This was about 30 mins to closing, but saved us the inconvenience of coming back. Overall, Josh and the team made this the most painless and hassle-free experience we've ever had. We highly recommend McGee preowned to family and friends. More
I contacted Jon the Internet Sales Manager regarding a Caravan that I saw on their website. He called me immediately to tell me that the car was still available and invited me to the dealership. I set my Caravan that I saw on their website. He called me immediately to tell me that the car was still available and invited me to the dealership. I set my appointment for the following Tuesday. On Monday The Sales Manager Chris had called me to inform me that the car I was coming to see was sold the day before. Chris explained to me that there is an all new management staff and that Mcgee was moving in a different direction Integrity being the first one. He wanted to see if there was another vehicle that I would be interested in so I did not have to drive all the way to the dealership to find that the one i wanted was sold. I said I was open to options and I would check their inventory and let him know. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Matt the sales person, honestly one of the nicest guys I've dealt with. He showed me a town and country and did try to pressure me just because I am a woman. When it came time to do all the paperwork on the town and country it turned out that it was more than I wanted to pay monthly. Instead of Pressuring me and trying to force me to sign right then and there. Josh the General Sales Manager let me take the car home to talk to my husband. I came back a few hours later with my husband and introduced him to everyone at Mcgee. He decided to purchase the car just on the fact that the staff was so respectful and honest with me. I have heard not so good things about this dealership in the past, but as I see it the past is the past and with the all new staff there I am sure to come back for future car needs. Good Job Guys I am very happy with you and my Town and Country. More
I called about a Dodge Durango I saw in an ad & wanted to make sure it was still on the lot. They said it was still there & come on down. But when I got there less than 90 minutes & wanted to make sure it was still on the lot. They said it was still there & come on down. But when I got there less than 90 minutes later the sales guy told me it had been sold the night before. He showed me another one that was $2500 more expensive AND WOULDN'T EVEN STAY RUNNING. They also tried to steer me into an older Chevy Blazer - not a bad car, but it's NOT what I was looking for. This was the ol' bait and switch. NEWS FLASH TO DEALER: If you lie to someone like me you get NO SALE. BOTTOM LINE: I will not visit any McGee dealership again. save yourself some time and look elsewhere. More

In this economy I was happy to find a respectful used car dealership that worked to get me into a quality car for the best price they could. I walked in - told them my trade-in was only in fair condition - dealership that worked to get me into a quality car for the best price they could. I walked in - told them my trade-in was only in fair condition - I had limited cash to put down and my budget was $300 a month. They said they could work with that and they did.... My credit is not good at all and I knew up front my finance rate would be higher but I drove away in 2010 car with 30,000 miles and stayed within my budget. Ok - a little above my budget but I was expecting to be in a 2006 with 65,000 miles so it was worth it to pay a little extra and have a nearly brand new car with low miles. With a fantastic bumper to bumper warranty. Thank you Matthew M, Ken,Corey and Charles ! These men kept me in the loop and did not try to bamboozle me or make me feel inadequate. I took their advice and kept an open mind and they made it work for me. A Saturday night thought to trade in my old tired sedan turned into a Tuesday night signed sealed and delivered 2010 Jeep Patriot 4 wheel drive!! These men work as a team and in my opinion performed a miracle ! I recommend checking out their inventory ... they have everything under the sun and if they can finance me....they can finance anyone. Went to this dealership interested in a certain vehicle, Met with a "SalesMan" (I don't usually like to reference these guys to Salesmen but thats exactly what these are here) and test drove the vehicle and Met with a "SalesMan" (I don't usually like to reference these guys to Salesmen but thats exactly what these are here) and test drove the vehicle and went through all the rest of the B.S as these other negative reviews and my kicker to leave was the appraisal. They first did not even go out to look at it at all and just looked at me and gave me an appraisal that I just couldn't help but laugh in the salesman's face. He then explains to me that my trade was a Pontiac which has gone out of business and this is "The Best we can do for you, and your not going to get a better deal anywhere else", I had gone to other dealerships just days before and had gotten $8000 - $8500 on appraisals and this clown was giving me $5500 for it. Well after I had a good laugh I looked at this guy and asked if he was serious and he repeated how no one will give me more for my trade. My trade was in immaculant condition low miles and KBB value was over $10,000 in trade in value. Needless to say I asked for my keys back and left. Word to the dealership: This is not 1980's where people had nothing to research or ways to educate themselves on car buying, so you gotta get away from the "con" error and reeducate your employees on other techniques. Personally before I set foot into any dealership I already know my trade in value, and exactly what you paid and I should pay for what your selling down to the Vin # of that exact car. LOL More
These guys were very friendly and my wife and I were very pleased with the experience start to finish. My wife contacted matt on the phone about a car we saw online and be welcomed her to the dealership when pleased with the experience start to finish. My wife contacted matt on the phone about a car we saw online and be welcomed her to the dealership when she arrived to see it. She said they were not to pushy and they gave her all the information she needed and told her to think about it an if she still wanted it the offer was ontge table. Later that night we came back and finished our purchase. We even got to take the vehicle the SAME NIGHT. John and Charlie were extermly helpful and curtious of our budget and jeff the gentleman who handled our paperwork was brand new I think he said it was his third day at the dealership and he was very easy to work with and he made sure everything was handled properly. Thanks again to everyone at McGee and we will send everyone we can to you. More
Liars and scam artists. Told cost of vehicle was 12,500 but when I arrived they said it was actually 15,500. Told me I was "insensitive" because I didn't want to pay them a profit margin, advertising allow but when I arrived they said it was actually 15,500. Told me I was "insensitive" because I didn't want to pay them a profit margin, advertising allowance and commission on the car and that is what the 15,500 would do. They tried to tell me the advertised 12,500 was their cost and 15,500 is FMV when actually Kelly BB had it at 11,750 for good condition. Bunch of clowns preying on clown consumers. Why the State hasn't stepped in is beyond me. Run away as fast as you can. More
Last Thursday evening (May 19th) I stopped by McGee preowned to look for a dependable, low mileage, used Toyota Camry. I was in a rush and came in 15 mins before closing. I was greeted by Matt Sorgman preowned to look for a dependable, low mileage, used Toyota Camry. I was in a rush and came in 15 mins before closing. I was greeted by Matt Sorgman and he put my mind at ease. He was patient, reassuring and was open to answer questions about depandability and price points. John Connell took the time to check inventory levels and assisted in finding what would be the best match for what I was looking for in a pinch. The service these guys provided was exceptional and they offered a number or comparable manufacturers (outside of the Camry) that would meet my needs. Camry is where my heart was and unfortunately the preowned inventory for this popular auto was not available for the mileage I was looking at. Although I didn't move forward with a purchase at McGee toyota I feel it necessary to recommend these guys to anyone searching for an automobile. More
