He soon found exactly what we were looking for, we ran over to another dealership and pulled this vehicle out of a service bay, it had just been delivered/inspected. David and his sales team was very flexible in helping us out and getting us some decent time to drive the car. Overall very satisfied with the sales process and negotiating price and trade-in value. We did have to come back to renegotiate the warranty/financing/add-ons. That is the reason for a good as opposed to great rating. Was frustrated with some of the line items being explained as not affecting the final price when in fact, they did. Ultimately, the team was interested in getting this deal right for us. I have been looking for a car to replace my vehicle for the past three to four weeks with no success finding a car within my budget that has low mileage. One thing that I have noticed and realized within this short period is that most top leading car dealerships in MA (will not mention their names) will tricked you to come in and turn around to tell you that the car that you called them for has been sold or better still, they could not locate the car they listed on their websites. But remember, they informed you over the phone (within the last 20 to 30 minutes ago) to come in to test drive a car that they could not find or has been sold or whatever reason they gave you. However, against the traditions of most dealerships in MA, Chris Ciosek answered my e-mail inquiry promptly with detailed information about the car they advertised online. When I visited, the car was there and he did not try to sell me what I did not ask for. My friends, this is honest at its best. The rest is now history. I bad gone there to compare prices to a car I planned on purchasing elsewhere. I was greeted by a salesman named Pat, and understood what I was looking for. First of all I'd like to say that it's very obvious these guys post fake reviews about themselves. I don't know how they are a legal business!!! This dealership should be closed down immediately. The staff and ESPECIALLY the manager didn't have any idea of what they were doing. It seemed like a sad place with only a few people who were desperate for a sale working there. The building itself looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and hasn't been renovated since the 60's. I was in the dealership for about an hour, and never once felt like any of the employees knew what they were doing. I got the impression that these employees had very little if not any training what-so-ever, especially the manager. The price wasn't marked on the car I came in to look at, and the salesperson didn't know the price. He gave me a vague range and said he had to "check on the price". He then went over to the manager and clearly tried to up the price on the car because he thought I didn't know what it was. I looked on my smartphone while in the store found out that they went in and changed the price on the website and lied right to my face to try and squeeze another grand out of me. I told them I wasn't interested anymore and went to leave. I quickly received one of the most patronizing greetings I've ever heard from any sales manager, and he proceeded to show me printed screen shots of a computer program he uses to price his cars based on market value. He went on about how they have software that prices the cars and it's all done by a computer. The guy was wearing sneakers and quite frankly sounded uneducated. He acted like I would actually be impressed by the fact that he clicks a mouse and a computer tells him what to do. Not once was I ever treated with respect. More

This Dealer shouldn't be open. They had no customer service experience and the co- workers spoke with each other as if they were in a bar while I had my 4 year old with me. I bought a vehicle with them and after the purchase, that's when the headache came. They kept making promises that they couldn't keep. My mats for the car took over a month to receive and even when they arrived, no one called me to pick them up. I felt as if I was working for them...everytime I turned around I had to call them to check in. The car is giving me problems and when I bring it in, they keep saying nothings wrong. They give you appointments with service and when you get there, that's when they lay it on you that even if something needs to get fixed...They wouldn't be able to fix it since it's close to the closing time. I had to drive over 30 miles back and forth to this dealer. Later on, I find out that the manager who sold me the vehicle was fired. I have seen them go through employees from the little time of interactions I've had with them. There was one guy who spoke down to me and treated me as if I was a child and this person is currently there. I am so upset with this place...it's unbelievable! My friend told me about them but it was after the fact. I wished I new prior then I would not have done business with them. More

We were without a vehicle after an accident, ready to replace our (totaled) sedan with a minivan for our family of 5, so busy with the height of the holiday madness and 3 kids aged 5 and under. Chris Squires appeared out of nowhere, like he was waiting to help me. I told him exactly what I was looking for, said I would be back w/ my husband to test drive this car, and had him research any more within that same range for miles and price, etc. He did all the homework I gave him, had the car warmed up and waiting for me, and even stayed (happily) after closing with us. I had every intention of going home and 'sleeping on it', but he and Chris Ayella let me talk them down to an offer I absolutely couldn't refuse. We got a great deal for our money, exactly what we needed, in a reasonable amount of time. We found it really easy. Every hurdle that popped up (as there inevitably seems to be with something like buying a car) was dealt with so that I was ultimately happy. I felt the entire company was very friendly and accomodating. Also, it was really convenient to buy a car 5 minutes from home. I have heard some negative reviews of the dealership, but switching management like they did was a good move. The staff had every intention of sending me away happy, knowing I will come back in the future. More

I delt with a salesman named Patrick B. who seemed to be new to the car industy but that's what I liked about him!! I didn't get any corny sales pitches or empty promises it was a very easy and straight forward process. Patrick's two managers Josh B. and Chris A. worked with Patrick to make me happy and at ease with the price and financing of my car. This is one of many cars I have bought from one of many dealerships I've gone to but like Chris A. said"I'm now part of the McGee family!!!" I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle. I'm sending my parents there next week to see Patrick to purchase their next SUV.
