We visited McGee because of a car advertised in an online list of used cars in the area. During my first visit, Kristin was very attentive to our needs in a car. Kristen took my Mom who was nervous for a test drive and explained basically how to drive the car. She told my Mom where everything was and then had her drive the car. She made my Mom feel very comfortable and helped assure her that this was a very good car. My Mom has talked about getting a Ford Focus for two years and Kristen helped her make the decision to purchase the car by giving her the facts and letting my Mom make the decision. Which is very important to her. Julianne Drowne was extremely helpful in the finance end explaining all the details to my Mom, Brother and I. She also was very patient with my Mom, as she was concerned about writing a $10,000 down payment. Julianne explained all the options from paying for it all, to total finance package. My Mom settled in the middle and was confident and pleased with this. Julianne knows her stuff and was very professional, informative, and sensitive to my mother's needs. Both Julianne and Kristen listened to my mother's stories and made her feel right at home. I came in looking to buy a 2008 Toyota Sequioa for my family. We test drove it, had it looked at, and although there were some things that needed to be fixed, we were still interested. Chris told us the all those things "would be taken care of". They were not. Promise after promise, excuse after excuse is all I got from Jessica Hilliard and Charles Lopes. They did not follow through and complete any of the customer service items that were their responsiblity. The quality of the work done on the car was non-existent because none of the items they were going to have to pay to fix ever got fixed. In fact, the car did not even pass inspection and still they sold it to me. They do not follow their own policies and procedures, nor do they complete work they say they complete, or provide the paperwork to document anything. My overall experience has been horrible and I hope that nobody ever has to deal with what I am going through. And yes, I am still trying to get Jessica, Charles, and Chris to follow through and do the things they agreed to, even though I have had the car for a week now. More
