Service sucks. Bought two cars and they were both broke and I had to fix it myself. Only good thing there is Derek the salesman. Never will by a car from them again. the only reason i put any stars on this rating is because the sales and finance team treated me great. i got a great deal on my car and an awesome value for my trade-in. Derek and Lulu were fantastic and went above and beyond for me. another salesman whose name i didn’t get was also incredibly helpful. the problem began about two weeks ago when the car started to run rough. i purchased an extended warranty for the car and it is still under the 60-day dealer warranty anyway so i called immediately and said i would leave the car there on the night of monday, 7/19. the following day i received a call informing me that they were unable to figure out the problem with my car and were sending it to bmw to diagnose the issue. more than a week went by with no calls from mcgee’s service department so i decided to call this past wednesday, 7/28, and was told that they had to replace all four fuel injectors and that it would be ready today at the latest. fast forward to 3:30 this afternoon and i still have not heard a peep from the service manager who i was told was supposed to have called me over a week before to let me know what they were doing with the car. when i called there was no answer so i left a detailed message on the voicemail. at 4:30 i still hadn’t heard a word so i decided to call the dealership’s main number. i got michael on the phone who informed me that the information on the website is incorrect and the service department closed at 4:00 and all the techs had left for the weekend. so i told michael what was going on and he said he would take a walk over to the service department and look for my paperwork. another hour passes by before i hear anything else. michael called me back and let me know that they were waiting for parts that had to be “reordered” for my car and they were hoping they’d arrive on monday. well, monday will mark two weeks since i left the car there and the service manager has called me exactly one time, nearly the whole two weeks ago, to tell me he couldn’t fix my car. in the meantime they’ve decided that i don’t need to know what’s going on with my car. if i hadn’t purchased the extended warranty i wouldn’t even consider bringing the car back there for an oil change or a wiper replacement. More

In October 2019 we purchased a Honda CRV from McGee which was not a smooth transaction at all (the car was in the showroom so we couldn't even test drive). The salesman of 1 week told us the car had a remot was not a smooth transaction at all (the car was in the showroom so we couldn't even test drive). The salesman of 1 week told us the car had a remote starter. Paperwork had to be changed which resulted in additional registration fee that they said would waive. They called on that Friday confirming car was allset and registered but when my fiance had a ride to go get they said not till Saturday morning since not washed when we arrived on Saturday morning, car was still not clean - the salesman had to do it. They also said I have to pay that extra registration and when they ran my credit card, overcharged it and said would have to mail the refund. We find out tire pressure light is on and no remote starter, after several attempts with service manager giving my fiance a hard time and saying he has to pay, he wrote a review and the next morning the general manager calls and revolves all issues right away. Therefore, midday last Saturday April 2021. I decide to give McGee another chance which was a big waste of time. We were greeted by a friendly salesman who tells us he started 2 months ago. We tell him we had been at another dealership looking at trucks but thought about it and figured a SUV would be better. He shows us a couple, one we test drive. Then an Acura RDX for $28k but my fiance didn't want light interior since we have a dog. He says there is another SUV - an Acura MDX same year higher mileage but not there since general manager is using. He says if I sell at same price, would there be any interest, we said most likely. He brings us inside and pulls it up on the computer- I keep saying you sure would be $28k, he says yup. My fiance says when back, he would come and test drive. The salesman ask us if we would be willing to sign off unseen, we were not comfortable with this and I had to get to work. He comes running out after us. On Mknday my fiance goes and test drives, but they say they can't honor the price the salesman admits he said, making excuses he's new yet last time I was assured by the general manager more training would occur and here we go again on a Saturday. They offer only $200 off then reluctantly $500. We were so disappointed that we were told a price that they aren't honoring. When speaking with the general manager today, I asked what if we had signed - what price and vehicle would have been listed, he said would have been canceled and not finalized. In other words, a waste of time. Thank you More

I have been to multiple dealers before heading to McGee. This was my last stop and I was losing all hope that I would be able to get a car. Chris and Lulu are miracle workers!
