The dealership pocketed our money but failed to provide a valid title.We were left trapped holding an un-registrable vehicle for 2 years and 3 months because the New Hampshire DMV Title Bureau officially voided the vehicle's title due to an improper chain of ownership on the dealer's end. The dealership actively ignored the state DMV's warning letters for an entire year while giving us a continuous runaround.This situation caused our family a severe financial crisis. We desperately needed to sell the car due to unexpected, serious medical hardships—including a recent severe heart attack—but we were legally blocked from listing or selling our own asset because McGee withheld the title. As a direct result, we were forced to completely drain our savings to survive, resulting in a $21,000 loss in vehicle equity.It was only after I contacted the police and got General Manager Eric on the phone to inform him that I was finishing a formal police report this weekend that he finally scrambled to get the title processed. We are refusing to deal with the dealership any further and are having the DMV mail the physical title to us directly.Fixing the paperwork at the last second under the threat of law enforcement does not erase 2.5 years of consumer exploitation and financial harm. We are moving forward with our formal complaints to the New Hampshire State Police Troop G, the New Hampshire Department of Justice, and the Massachusetts Attorney General. Look elsewhere if you want an honest, legal transaction. More

I have had a wonderful experience with Hyundai of Lebanon since buying my Santa Cruz there 2 years ago. Each and every time I go in, Aletia Potter, the always present manager, makes a point of greeting me and chatting. I hope this dealership continues its excellence as it gets bigger. So far my only complaint is to Hyundai management for the ludicrous decision to stop making the Santa Cruz. It may be a "niche" vehicle, but for those who need it, there is nothing like it. I sincerely hope they revisit this. More
