The sales team were great. Nick, Zack One of the fastest deals I have ever made. Paid cash and was in and out with my new Santa Cruz in just over an hour. The downside is that McGees parts and service departments are non responsive. Often times they do not answer the phone and they never call back when you leave a message. On two different occasions I made appointments to have factory mud guards installed. Both times when I arrived on the day at the appointment time I was not on the schedule. They did fit me in but the first time they did not have the correct parts even though they had been ordered several weeks prior so a new appointment was made while there. I arrived for the second appointment and again I was not on the schedule. They again squeezed me in and got the guards installed. The work performed appears to be good and for the inconvenience they did not charge me for the parts or labor which was a step above and beyond. The lack of response to my phone calls, and the failure to schedule was very frustrating as well as the additional 60 miles traveled due to the incorrect parts makes me hesitant about scheduling future service with McGee. I know the issue with not answering phone messages is not unique to me as several individuals as well as an independent service garage has stated the same issues have occurred with them. For those of us elderly customers service is everything. With the outstanding sales department McGee could be a top rank dealer if they would just get their service writers and parts departments up to speed. More

Was there for an inspection on Thursday, October 30th, on my 2023 Hyundai Kona. Wait time was reasonable. Parking was terrible at best. Amy was very friendly and helpful. When they took off the old sticker, the glass was left with old residue/glue, and the new sticker sitting in the middle of it. There were particles left on the dash. After submitting my trade online, I worked with Caleb over text, phone and email for a couple hours on the 30th. He also let me know that if I didn't like the car we could just tear up the contract. So today I got to test drive it and everything went very smoothly.
