My wife and I was looking for a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL1 (8 - passenger) 11/15/2011: first time be there, enquired about CXL1, the saleman promised that he could order a 8-passenger CXL1 for us. 11/18 (8 - passenger) 11/15/2011: first time be there, enquired about CXL1, the saleman promised that he could order a 8-passenger CXL1 for us. 11/18/2011: 2nd time, my wife called them to confirm we wanted buy a CXL1 from them and asked about financing. The salesman said he would order the car for us and we would get it by the weekend. 11/23/2011: 3rd time, we stoped by and doube checked the financing. But the car was not delivered! The salesman promised that we would get it next weekend. This week: my wife was trying to touch with him several times and he was always unavailable. Today he called my wife and said we could not get a 8 - seated CXL1. If we still want to buy the car, the price would increase by 20%. How ridiculous it is! In the past three weeks, we kept patient and try to finish this deal. All we want to do is just BUYING A CAR! Why did you put such a simple thing complicated? Why? Why? Thank you for wasting our time!!! More
I felt the sales staff and management to not care about customer satisfaction. When I had questions about our sale, they could never give a consistant answer. I have since sold the vehicle I bought only 6 months ago just so I will no longer advertise for them anymore (because their decal was on my truck). I feel they didn't give me fair trade value for my trade-in. I accepted a lower trade-in amount because they convinced me my car was too old to be resold on their lot and they would have to bring it to auction in order to recoup money on it. My trade was not in bad shape at all. I went back for some work to be done on my new truck and my old car was for sale on their lot for double what they gave me. I just feel it was a shady deal and didn't get satisfaction after voicing my disapproval. I am very happy with our new truck we purchased at Diamond Chevrolet. We were treated with respect there. My Dad & I had a really good experience in making a Cadillac purchase at Patriot Buick GMC. The sales rep we dealt with (Dan Curboy) was very responsive to some e-mail's I had sent to their site, askin Cadillac purchase at Patriot Buick GMC. The sales rep we dealt with (Dan Curboy) was very responsive to some e-mail's I had sent to their site, asking about price & availability on a few different pre-owned vehicles. With living on the Cape, I was hesitant at first about making the drive to their Charlton MA dealership. However, once we arrived at their Dealership, both Dan & his Sales Manager were great to deal with, in being friendly, professional. Dan had the (2) cars I had inquired about, pulled up & ready for a test drive. All I can say about the sales negotiation process, is that we got a great value on a late model Cadillac xxx with very low mileage. The Cape trip to their Charlton dealership was more then worth the drive, in terms of (1) Their responsiveness to me, as a consumer via e-mail & over the phone. (2) Their friendly & professional treatment, along with expertise, upon visiting their dealership & (3) The follow-up Dan personally made after the sale. I would certainly recommend Patriot Buick GMC, to my friends & family members & I will be using them again myself. Greg More

Hello, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that likes to shop around and get the best value for their dollar. I called on the telephone to get a price on a new vehicle I was interested in, I got the price,it was compatable with other pricing I had, so I took a ride to Charlton. The sales rep. was very nice and helpful but when his MANAGER came to take over, my experience became unreal.He tried to pressure me into a sale. When I told him I would like 24hrs to shop around and that I had gave my word to another dealer that I would see him befor I bought he became irritated. This sales manager TOM told me that I was a waste of his and his salesmans time. I was there for about 1/2 hour to 45 min. I told him that if I was going to spend about 31,000 I should hope that he would understand that I'd like to shop around a little longer than that.At this time I was insulted and aggravated so I left.On my way out the door he said to my in a sarcastic manner "HAVE FUN SHOPPING". There is a much better Dealership on Rt.20 in Auburn "GO SEE JOE MOE" More
First I was roped in by an incorrect price. I called to check the price of a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in, and they told me it was ~$7K less than the price I saw on the internet. I asked i check the price of a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in, and they told me it was ~$7K less than the price I saw on the internet. I asked if he was sure (because I was in the middle of a sale with another dealership) and he confirmed that it was the correct price. I called back again later and it was confirmed by another employee. This dealership is over an hour from my house, so I was VERY disappointed when I got there and found out that they made a mistake. I took a look at the vehicle for the xxxx of it and found it was a great vehicle, and that it had everything I was looking for. Despite their mistake, they weren't willing to knock anything off the price of the vehicle. I'm also suspicious of their finance department because with a similarly priced vehicle, one dealership was able to give me a 4% APR, and Patriot was only able to offer me 6%. That's a HUGE difference. Were they not trying? I don't know. They told me it would be ready the following Monday. I drove down to pick it up after work (fighting 1.5 hours of traffic along the way) only to find out that it WASN'T ready. Fuming mad, I left and returned the next day to pick it up. Since then I've been very pleased with my vehicle, but I will NEVER return to their dealership. More
