I have never had a better experience with a service team than I have here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They all take the time to explain everything and have incredible patience with those of than I have here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Guaranteed price of car over the phone. Drove 40 miles to buy and then they added $250 to the price. Complete ripoffs. Not honorable at all - General manager made the decision. I brought my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix into Patriot for a check engine light. While diagnosing that problem, it was discovered that my car needed a major front end re-build and there was a coolant leak. Th check engine light. While diagnosing that problem, it was discovered that my car needed a major front end re-build and there was a coolant leak. The costs of these repairs were major and Rebecca got GMC involved under their goodwill program. GMC picked up a major portion of the bill. If Rebecca had not been proactive and gone to bat for me, I would not have been able to afford the repairs. I would recommend Patriot to anyone. They are honest and customer oriented. More

I brought my Pontiac Grand AM '04 in because it was losing coolant. I thought it would be the intake gasket because the mechanic had warned me from another visit that it might happen because it was a c losing coolant. After looking at the car for a few minutes he was able to tell me what was wrong. Even though it was going to be a big job I was still able to get my car back the next day. They even did a bunch of maintaince since my car was already apart they just charged for the parts. Everyone else in the service department was very nice and I got a deal that was way better than any of the other shops I tried calling. More
