I was looking for a STRESS FREE CAR BUYING experience, so I started by leaving my family at home. I wasn't sure that stress free car shopping was even possible but to my amazement I was able to do that with I started by leaving my family at home. He really took the time with me to go over all my options so I could get what I truly wanted. I am happy that I made the choice to work with him and would highly recommend Jim to anyone car shopping. In addition to Jim, the entire staff was helpful and efficient in doing their jobs. Crystal Cunningham made the boring paperwork almost pleasant. lol The business and service staff were also very professional. I felt that my salesman and the manager worked with me on my vehicle purchase to get the vehicle that I wanted. Mr. Shaughnesy was not the pressuring or intimidating type, which I have experienced at other d my vehicle purchase to get the vehicle that I wanted. I have purchased several cars in my life from several new / used dealerships. James Shaughnessy was my Sales Rep. Most misleading advertising I've ever seen - got a mailer that actually had both me and my wife believe we had won some money. Owner/GM knew exactly where on the fine print he had to point, and the fine print was just as misleading. He then tried to kick me out of the store for being upset and lashing out a bit - probably used to it that day though. Drove over an hour to get there to be treated like a fool. I guess he needs to get as many people in there as possible, regardless of how misleading the tactics are. I've never been so angry in my life. More
This past thursday my 2010 GMC Sierra with only 29,000 miles on it began running very rough! The engine light came on, along with messages advising to service the Stabilatrac, Traction Contral and that th miles on it began running very rough! The engine light came on, along with messages advising to service the Stabilatrac, Traction Contral and that the engine had powered down. The vehicle would not go past 1500rpm and no faster than 30mph while the vehicle was jerking in gear! I was pretty close to my house so I drove it home and contacted Mickey in the service department. This was around 3:30pm, Mickey had a tow truck at my house by 6:00pm and had lined up a rental car for me if so needed. Mickey explained to me that it sounded like the sensor for the throttle control and they had the item in stock. I had explained to him that I work 3rd shift and have my children to get to school the next day. Mickey assured me that my vehicle would be made a priority and they would fix the problem asap. I received a call from the service manager Nuno around 7:30pm informing me my vehicle was ready for pick up. At this point my children were already in bed sleeping so Nuno attempted to make arrangments to drop it off to me that night, but because they closed at 8:00pm most of his staff was already gone and it was inpossible. As promised Nuno had two staff members drop my truck off to me in Douglas which is probably 25 minutes from his dealership. This was an issue covered by warranty and they treated me like I was thier only customer, even though it was a pain to lose my truck for even a short period of time they more than made up for the inconvenience!! I came in last Sunday to look at a new van for my family of 5, we got there a half hour before the dealership actually opened as we wanted to "just look". The manager, Tom Sullivan noticed we were there, ca of 5, we got there a half hour before the dealership actually opened as we wanted to "just look". The manager, Tom Sullivan noticed we were there, came out to offer assistance and offered us a test drive and more information on the vehicle we thought we already knew, but learned so much more from him! 45 minutes later, we were driving home in our new van! Not only did the dealership make the sale affordable but also, did it with absolutely no pressure! This was our overall easiest buying experience ever!
