I dropped off my truck the day before my appointment which was on a Monday at 8:30,for a master cylinder recall and a state inspection, by 4:00 I called to see if they were done and the service person d which was on a Monday at 8:30,for a master cylinder recall and a state inspection, by 4:00 I called to see if they were done and the service person didn’t have any idea,she had to look it up and asked what time I had my appointment for and I told her 8:30. She finds the paperwork and said I’ll fill out the paperwork and you can pick it up now.No one was going to call me to pick it up.and now it’s 4pm and I live 1hour away. When we get there they parked it 5 inches next to a cement column on the driver’s side I had to climb over the passenger seat to get in I am 72 years old. I didn’t need all this aggravation! More
