Terrible overall I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every step of the way was completely frustrating and done wrong. From letting me take the new car home for a night, then making me take my original car back. To the paperwork that was filled out incorrectly over and over and over not exaggerating. I myself had to point out the numerous paperwork errors and tell them to take it back to fix it before I would sign anything. The interest rate after I was already approved and locked in for changed over night and twice again after the initial approval. It made me so uncomfortable I had to leave at one point. Another major issue when reviewing my purchase agreement was that I was promised $18k for my Nissan Rogue trade-in, plus the new jeep rebates. What they did instead was added the rebates from the Jeep to their surprise $6k lower trade-in price that was never told to me for my Nissan. So all along I thought I was given my asking price for my trade-in and was not. I never actually got the rebates off the retail price of the new Jeep. When leaving the dealership the day I signed the contract no one ever gave me options of how to take care of my new registration or offered me ways to work it into my financing. I have not even had my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for one month yet. A piece of plastic body molding by my drivers side window flew off while I was driving. I was/am mortified. Buying this brand new vehicle that costs $50,000 is not something that should be falling apart within the first years let alone the first 30 days! I brought my Jeep to the the dealership to have someone check it out. His response was that “oh that must have happened when they unloaded it off the truck the bracket is broken that’s the only way that could have happened.” So that means Summit dealership taped or glued this broken piece back onto the car that I bought as “brand new” and never even told me that it was broken. I feel so uneasy just worrying about what else they have covered up or have hidden from telling me about this car. Today I got the piece replaced at Summit Jeep. I walk out to look at my car and the new piece they put on is scratched and they scratched the side of my Jeep putting it on. I am appalled. All they did was apologize and say they’d fix it sometime in the future and they would call me. Nothing else. I am to the point where I don’t even want this Jeep anymore and never had the happy thrill part of buying this new car. Overall I would never tell anyone to go to this dealership. This is the worst experience I could have been delt and I can’t believe they conduct business this way. More

Awesome dealership Bought a 2011 VW cc sport from them in late January, car had a gas problem and footed the bill at VW for it and after VW misdiagnosed it after a $700 Bought a 2011 VW cc sport from them in late January, car had a gas problem and footed the bill at VW for it and after VW misdiagnosed it after a $700 bill they are still helping me and it's getting fixed by them. Never in my life have I dealt with such nice, genuinely caring people that are willing to go above and beyond for you. Buy your car from them and know they will take care of you! More
Where's waldo? No, where is my truck? I had been shopping for a oneton early in the fall (October) I have purchased a truck from summit in the past. I returned to look at one tons. They ha I had been shopping for a oneton early in the fall (October) I have purchased a truck from summit in the past. I returned to look at one tons. They had a few options and I settled on a ram 3500 cummins cab and chassis and they would have a body put on it. The salesman, who was very helpful while I was shopping who I now can't even get a hold of told me that with a $500 deposit they would have the truck sent out and have the body out on it and it would be ready in 2-4 weeks, so 3 days later I bring the check for $500 to them. Now I'm expecting the truck to head off to the shop and have the body put on. Well three weeks later I call down for a status update. He informs me that I will have to sign the papers before they put the body on it. Now this isn't a problem except for the fact that now it has been three weeks... And anyone in any sort of business knows that time is money! Now I get the papers signed within a week of when it was requested. After 2 more weeks I get a call from the dealership...I'm expecting the truck to be ready. Not the case, he now informs be that he will need my down payment before the truck is sent to the shop. Ok so I bring down the payment and away we go...so I thought...I submitted my down payment on 11/23/15 now I'm sitting here still no truck 3 weeks later. Now this overly helpful salesman just happens to never be by the phone and never seems to call me back even after my 24 calls to the sales department and 3 visits to the dealership (which is a 35 minute drive) This is the second truck I've bought through summit and I am very impressed with the service department, although I will no longer be using there service as I am extremely disappointed in there sales department. You would think that you spend $50,000 somewhere they would atleast return your phone call. As many times as they assure me that "D&k's is a valuable customer" I am not convinced... If you are in the market for a vehicle and would like to wait 2 months for a truck that was sitting in the lot...this is the place for you, if not, I would suggest moving your business somewhere else More
Promised accessories From day one I had to prompt the dealer at every turn, I could not get them to call me back to answer any questions or to keep me updated. I was delay From day one I had to prompt the dealer at every turn, I could not get them to call me back to answer any questions or to keep me updated. I was delayed a week for picking up my new truck while they outfitted it with the promised accessories. The day I picked the truck up it was still not ready. I have been waiting over three weeks with several false delivery dates and countless phone calls made (from me) to try to complete the original deal. This has to be the most inconsiderate dealer ever. Some mistakes were made but for them to never give me the time of day to call and update me on the situation is just inconsiderate and rude.... And I still don't have what was promised to me. More
