Worst experience we have ever had. Spent three hours working out a deal. When it came to to finance we told them we would be using our local bank. At this point the arrogant cocky finance manager gave working out a deal. When it came to to finance we told them we would be using our local bank. At this point the arrogant cocky finance manager gave us his attitude. When we told him we weren’t interested we were then told they would not sell us the vehicle if we didn’t finance through them. Told sakes manager that was extortion and against the law. At this point we were told to leave the dealership. Would never spend a dime in this dealership. Will be contacting Ram corporate. More
When I first went to this dealership I thought they would be OK but after you make a purchase they are done serving you I had an issue getting my new truck registered something to do with the title an would be OK but after you make a purchase they are done serving you I had an issue getting my new truck registered something to do with the title and had asked if they could give me a loaner vehicle until the problem was resolved and they said no so I can't drive the truck until they get the title information to my insurance company any way I would nor recommend doing any business with this dealership there service sucks, and if you try and call to talk to anyone they just ignore your call. P.S. I will say the sales rep I had (Curtis) did try to help. , but upper management told him that they would not do anything for me. More
Worked with Ethan and Bob to buy my new Jeep. Experience here was absolutely incredible. They pulled through on everything they said they would, and even got things done I thought would be impossible. Hap here was absolutely incredible. Purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass Limited and I could not be more pleased with the dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour! I didn’t build the car or the tire. And if you recall, you negotiated an amazing deal and then stuck me with paying first payment at the last second. I have no money left in your deal to help split any costs, especially when we did nothing wrong”. This was the last straw , it’s been nothing but headaches trying to get anything covered by warranty. hole in the seam by of perforated leather passenger seat, was there when i got it. but they denied the claim initially stating we ripped the seat. we also continue to have issues with the medial and u connect system , radio won’t hold presets and key fobs don’t hold the memory setting for each driver . bottom line is that the difference between a good dealership and a great dealership is how they treat you after the sale. No support whatsoever , take your money somewhere else, who cares how much you save if you don’t have any support after the sale ?? More

I had to show them the picture of the truck in their own add to prove it was damaged before delivery. Now I am stuck with a brand new truck with no dealership to work with. Burger King has better customer service. The whole experience from paperwork to Bobby’s crusty attitude to the vehicle delivery was disappointing. More
Terrible overall I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every step of the way was completely frustrating and done wrong. From letting me take the new car home for a night, then making me take my original car back. To the paperwork that was filled out incorrectly over and over and over not exaggerating. I myself had to point out the numerous paperwork errors and tell them to take it back to fix it before I would sign anything. The interest rate after I was already approved and locked in for changed over night and twice again after the initial approval. It made me so uncomfortable I had to leave at one point. Another major issue when reviewing my purchase agreement was that I was promised $18k for my Nissan Rogue trade-in, plus the new jeep rebates. What they did instead was added the rebates from the Jeep to their surprise $6k lower trade-in price that was never told to me for my Nissan. So all along I thought I was given my asking price for my trade-in and was not. I never actually got the rebates off the retail price of the new Jeep. When leaving the dealership the day I signed the contract no one ever gave me options of how to take care of my new registration or offered me ways to work it into my financing. I have not even had my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for one month yet. A piece of plastic body molding by my drivers side window flew off while I was driving. I was/am mortified. Buying this brand new vehicle that costs $50,000 is not something that should be falling apart within the first years let alone the first 30 days! I brought my Jeep to the the dealership to have someone check it out. His response was that “oh that must have happened when they unloaded it off the truck the bracket is broken that’s the only way that could have happened.” So that means Summit dealership taped or glued this broken piece back onto the car that I bought as “brand new” and never even told me that it was broken. I feel so uneasy just worrying about what else they have covered up or have hidden from telling me about this car. Today I got the piece replaced at Summit Jeep. I walk out to look at my car and the new piece they put on is scratched and they scratched the side of my Jeep putting it on. I am appalled. All they did was apologize and say they’d fix it sometime in the future and they would call me. Nothing else. I am to the point where I don’t even want this Jeep anymore and never had the happy thrill part of buying this new car. Overall I would never tell anyone to go to this dealership. This is the worst experience I could have been delt and I can’t believe they conduct business this way. More
